The room I stayed in was close to the elevator. There was still the sound of the elevator late at night, and it started ringing again at 6 o'clock in the morning.

Bad: they did not answer my (Japanese) message/request about feather allergy, and the refrigerator in the room was actually a freezer, which destroyed our local specialty we bought as presents.

Located in front of JR Saijyo Station (south side). Convenience stores and restaurants/izakaya are near by. A room itself is very small (typical Japanese business hotel room size). Free breakfast starts from 6:30. An airport shuttle bus to Hiroshima Airport leaves from the north side of the JR Saijyo Station.

The room was clean. The bathroom had a deep bath tub that I unfortunately only used as a shower. Remember to bring an adapter without earthing (the same plug as USA / Japan).

I liked everything about the hotel except that I had to stay in a smoking room, which was all that was available when I reserved. I assumed it wouldn't be a problem, but I was wrong. I suggest that the hotel group reassess its smoking policy.
