Room smelled old. I was charged a $10 cleaning fee extra I wasn't aware of. TV didn't work. Shower broken. This place should be demolished. Seemed like a place for prostitutes and drug attics. I wouldn't recommend this place to dead people.

TV didn't work, shower barely worked. Had to move fridge to get to a plug that worked. Tweakers appear to have permanent residence in some rooms, they were outside till late making noise

What I didn’t like about this room was that the restroom was dirty the toilet seat had pee on it… The window near the restroom had no screen and had a pole in the window for “security”… And not to mention, we spent like 15 Trying to look for the remote control for the TV there wasn’t one. We had to call front desk to bring us a remote and he spent 30 minutes in the room programming it… The mattress had a huge dent on one side in the top and the mattress was super thin and not to mention the thin pillows as well. I am not exaggerating… I did enjoy the pool The pool was clean… But the area around the outside had chairs everywhere that had been tipped over and there was actually two chairs inside of the pool at the bottom of the pool… And at night maybe like at 3 AM we heard arguing outside of our room… I could only appreciate that I was not sleeping on the street… I would probably not come back here and I would not recommend. I really wish I could’ve enjoyed myself better

It is OVERPRICED. Ask to view the room you will get before booking, you may prefer to stay in your car and pay a day pass fee at a gym to wash up.

This was a very minimal hotel. The room was large enough, but it was barely ok. The room was pretty clean when I got there. They didn't change the sheets or bring new towels at all during my 3 night stay. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel. It wasn't worth the price of $84 per night & $105 for Friday. A Motel 6 would have been better.

This hotel is unique with a certain charm that you don't find with larger hotel chains.This hidden gem has more of a mom and pop feel to it. I like places like this, where the rooms have more of a " cottage feel" rather than every room looking the same. We hen your in the mood to stay somewhere more off the beaten path, choose The Franscian.

The room smelled horrible the carpet was was so dirty, one of the beds was sunken in, the bed sheets weee stained with blood. It was horrible people outside their room listening to music at 3 am full blast. Dont stay here do your self a favor especially if you ha e small kids

Situation seemed decent when we arrived- nothing great, by any means, but stayable. Then we started making discoveries.
First off, I needed to use the restroom when we got everything brought in from the car. The toilet had the room service tape over it, indicating that the toilet was cleaned- it was not. There were poop splatters all over the inside of the bowl. We started to clean it, but then decided that was not our responsibility, and requested someone come to clean it.
The person working gave us a new room and apologized.
In the new room, there were long hairs all over the pillows, the floor and the shower walls. There was some urine under the toilet seat, and boogers on the wall next to the toilet but at that point we just cleaned them ourselves as best we could with toilet paper and dealt with it. We ended up taking the pillows from the previous room to make ourselves feel less weird about sleeping on them.
The faucet in the shower was severely corroded but everything worked, at least.
The staff, at least was friendly and apologetic.
I would not stay there again, but it wasn’t the worst place to have stayed.

Stayed twice. First time wasnt as bad and pretty much what one would expect from a cheap motel. Second time I was given a different room that was just dirty. Reeked of ciggerates, there was hair in the "clean" towels, none of the lamps worked, overall a bad experience. Ive never left a review, on anything. This place was so bad I feel obligated to.

The exterior of the hotel is terrible. It looks like a place you could rent by the hour. My mother was going to refuse to stay there. However, the rooms were very nice and clean.. the selection of tv channels is awful there were no network stations available. Also there were no phones in the rooms. My bathroom sink got plugged up and we were moved to another room right away.

The office personnel appeared to park their personal vehicles in the shaded overhang next to the office, where temporary parking is provided for people checking in or out. We were told to check in after three despite their being numerous rooms that were vacant. I asked what room we would be assigned to so that I could park my car in front of it. The office personnel told me that I would be assigned a room at the time we checked in.
We checkeed in just qafter three. The room didn't have any hangers; the furniture looked dilapidated. The last straw was no hot water to take a shower in the morning. We left about nine o'clock. When I called and asked for a refund of one night that afternoon, the office personnel stated that no one else had complained about the water, implying that I had made it up to request a refund. He stated that the office manager would contact me about my request but it's been more than three days and no one has contacted me. When I left the key at the night station window, no one was in the office. I asked a man nearby who was staying at the inn if he had hot water that morning and he replied, "No".

This place was a nightmare. I came here after canceling an AirBnB nearby for similar reasons, oddly enough.
The cockroaches alone were reasons to leave but I was at the end of my options. I killed at least eight in the two days there, and bought some roach poison traps and left them around the room.
Six of the 11 lightbulbs worked in the room.
Smelled of cigarette smoke.
The carpet and floor beneath were damp in areas, one of the lamp shades had what appeared to be blood splattering on it.
The bathroom was the worst. The toilet paper mount had been ripped out of the wall and remounted at a skewed angle. The shower was generally filthy, including the black-mold-covered anti-slip mat. The entire middle length of the bathtub had been cut out for whatever reason and filled in with a layer of silicon caulking which bowed down with any pressure, leaving me having to straddle the tub to shower.
The wall plug for the A/C unit was unshielded, leaving exposed wiring, quite the safety and fire hazard.
I have never seen anything like this, it was beyond insane. I will do everything within my power to get this place shut down.
