Loved this property!!

The apartment had a great location to explore the inner harbor and actual apartment building location was better than the address listed. Parking was easy with in/out privileges and the rate was better than any other options. Pool on terrace level was a nice escape and had a lifeguard. Apartment itself was on two floors with bedrooms, two bathrooms and washer/dryer on second floor. Televisions had Netflix, but nothing else (a digital antenna on one TV would have been nice). Building was secure with key fobs to enter doors. Beds were comfortable although low to the ground. Couches were modern although less comfortable. Kitchen was moderately furnished. View was away from harbor, but not a big deal.

Although Pelican requested we give them our arrival time the place wasn't ready. Had to wait 1/2 hour to get the keys. It was filthy, bathrooms had hair on the floor, since were full of soap scum. Someone had been smoking in the place. The apartment was completely mis-represented, the amenities are a lie, don't believe anything they tell you. No hand soap, dish soap, diswasher soap. Towels were dollar store quality. Carpets are disgusting. It's a slum. No balcony, no city view. Most items in the place were broken or in ill repair. No luxury here! There is no one on site to assist with problems, I called immediately regarding the cleanliness expecting them to send a cleaning crew. Nope, take pics and send an email. Really?!?! Buyer beware on this one. I am requested a refund for at least my cleaning fee. We came from Michigan to Maryland and had to track down cleaning supplies to clean the bathrooms, find hand soap all during a Pandemic. Thank you Pelican for screwing us over. Hopefully the people who stayed before us were healthy.

i have stayed at the residence in baltimore 3 times and my experience was always amazing.sadly, not this time, and it will be my lastarrived on friday, and no tv cable box. called customer service, who blithely dismissed my complaint, telling me they had issues with xfinity tv and if i was dissatisfied, write an email. my response was that i was talking to her, why do i need to waste my time writing?i was in baltimore over the weekend for business. yesterday was the super bowl and watching was of vital importance to forming a relationship with a potential business partner.no cable provider to watch it. i was constrained to open up my laptop to watch the game online and the internet in the room was slow, and eventually, non-functional. once again i called customer service. i was told by a female, that i am going to check the connection on our end and will call you right back. she never did.the rooms are spacious and stunning, and well appointed with all of ones needs for a great stay. but this time, hot water was almost non-existent.its also the companys responsibility to make known to actual and potential customers that they cannot provide tv service, and that internet is poor at best during peak time. they make known that they are facility managers only and lay out what to expect. except this time. thats unacceptable. and my last time staying there.

Excellent Location. Hallway had a unique odor the apartment itself had cheap furniture. Very minimal amenities, no paper towels and no extra toilet paper. Futon is not the best for sleeping. The cleanliness of the apartment was not what I would expect of an apartment.

Great view and super comfortable bed. The full apartment was a bonus for any kind of travel.

Could have been cleaner - footprints in living room (unlikely the hardwood was mopped), dust and hair on carpeting. I had to vacuum the whole apartment myself when we got there. Bathrooms were clean.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I paid for a room with a harbor view and a balcony and my suite had NEITHER! It was not anything close to the photos listed on the suite that stated harbor view. I called the property manager and they have given me the run around for a week now about getting a partial refund. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS OVER PRICED SCAM!

Firstly, the address of the apartment on Hotels.com was different to the actual location, so taxi had to go to two locations. Secondly, on our arrival the unit was not yet cleaned and no one there to meet us but I booked quite late and the housekeeper did a great job in cleaning up. Great location with easy access to restaurants.

Visited our son for the weekend, who is attending university and saw a part of Baltimore we had not experienced yet! Thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations. Great weekend!!

Great location, convenient well-equipped common work-out area, well-equipped kitchen and free secured parking! A few negatives: this apartment does not comfortably sleep 6 as advertised; the fold-out couches in the living room are EXTREMELY uncomfortable and are shorter than a full-size bed (they may be suitable for small children only). The window shades in the living room were broken and did not close so I had to tape up a sheet to block out the light from adjacent street-lamps. While the shades did work in the bedroom, they were not black-out shades, keeping the bedrooms very bright at all hours of the day and night. The apartment was quite clean when we arrived except for the shower curtains, which needed to be bleached and scrubbed or replaced. All in all, even with the issues, I would recommend this apartment because it was mostly comfortable, well-equipped and in a great location.

The location is very good. The room is spacois, clean. We arrive early morning, was asking if there was waiting area in the building we can wait until the room ready, the customer service answered the phone and said not okay to wait in the building, there is no seating area. While when we arrived we found there are big sofa area in the building hall. The building reception is very friendly actually. In the booking there was no street No. confused us and Uber driver.

The owners need to buy better bedding, sheets, and pillows. Everything else was great.

We stayed in a 2BR apartment on Eden St. It was clean, quiet, well-furnished and just what we needed.

It was a nice and clean and safe place to stay in the city. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Everything in walking distant.

So this listing is an APARTMENT BUILDING, you have to check into it under the name of the business who rents it out. But the front desk was friendly and the complex is beautiful and its right on the water. Would stay again!!!!

Let me start off by saying this is an apartment complex. Everyone in it lives there. They don't particularly welcome people who are renting through a third party (such as ourselves). They ask you NOT to ask the people at the front desk for anything Bc we are not residents...we have to call a separate number. 90% of the people who live here are young 20 somethings and the other 10% are retirees. I would say more than half have dogs. It would seem like the apartment is perfect for a family since it has a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms, but the area itself is not kid friendly. People looked at our kids like
A. They had never seen kids before
B. They thought they'd get pregnant by acknowledging them
C. They were seriously annoyed by their presence.
For example, the complex has a beautiful, modern, pool; BUT I felt like the kids had to stay super quiet and not splash around too much as to not disturb everyone laying out staring at their iPhones. A young guy sat by us and then got up and moved his chair to the other end of the pool. It was dead silent except for our kids. No stress there! The fire alarm went off when we were there, and everyone had to evacuate. My kids were terrified and no one would even acknowledge them. It's a beautiful, clean, modern, apartment in a great, trendy part of the inner harbor, but I would definitely not recommend it for families. Great location for running along the harbor.

The apartment was wonderful. BE AWARE, though, of the $100 cleaning fee, difficulty in getting a receipt (which would have shown the $100 extra fee), and general unresponsiveness of the Pelican Apartments management company. Bridgestreet rented in the same building, I got a receipt and no cleaning fee. Even though I had free cancellation, the policy is 50% penalty if cancelled within two weeks of stay.
