Great location. Parking garage but we didn’t need our car since everything is within walking distance.
2.5
Great Location and Staff. The Hotel is very nice and exceeded our expectations. The best part is the Espresso machine in the room.

Hotel was very nice. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Received an email that they were going construction a free days before. Had a waterfront room but they fail to mention that cruise ships are parked directly in front of you obstructing your view.

we had a great visit at Opal Key. Balcony with a great view of the Gulf and the staff was amazing. Great location to Duval st with all the good hotspots within walking distance. Will absolutely stay again for our next visit to Key West.

Although disclosed prior to arrival (not booking) not having a real restaurant and bar was very disappointing. Continental breakfast was tasty and well done. We did not try lunch or dinner as ambiance was not good. Dinner at Lattitudes was excellent.

Everything was accessible with a short walk.

Room was perfect , however the hotel itself wasnt- little smelling and old. Pool was closed and I paid extra for the pool view which was under construction. There was no info about construction in pool area. I was told about it when picking up a room key. We get free breakfast instead but breakfast was very very poor.

For the money we pay we did not get services appropriately. They don't even have glass tumblers to drink water in the room. They have only plastic.
3.0
This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but the service, no dinning and moldy smells in the room should have downgraded the raring to a 2. The continental breakfast was hit and miss and not well maintained. The price wasnt worthvthe stay and would not recommend this place.

Great time, beautiful views of the sunset. Staff very nice. Room was very clean. Only negative was the balcony that was very hot not only from the weather but especially hot due to air conditioning ventilation back to the balcony.

Stayed here for a family reunion. This was a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, walk along the shops just down the street and the famous Duval street just a few mins walk. I will definitely be back.

Great location & wonderful staff. We had an oceanfront room. Beautiful view. This was our fourth stay.
HOWEVER, there was an awful mildew smell as soon as you got off the elevator. The bathroom had a horrible sewage smell. I k ow the city is replacing sewage pipes around town. There were also several areas in the hall & in the room that needed to be plastered. Hopefully, a renovation will fix these issues. If not, I would not stay there again.

The property was right in the middle of all the fun.

They lied about FL residents having FREE parking. When we called they told us we would have a microwave and we did not. There was a dead cockroach & later on our first night a live cockroach, crawling around in our room. When we called to notify them, they were extremely rude. The sliding glass door wouldn’t lock properly. The bathroom sliding door was broken. The gym’s sink was not working properly. Overall, it was such a bad experience that I would like compensation for this stay

The bistro for breakfast was open for over an hour but when we got there nobody was around so I walked around to kitchen and everyone was on their phone standing around then when we got our breakfast nobody gave us utensils had to get up find someone and ask. Then dinner we had to use butter knife to cut our chicken someone needs to light a fire under the staffs butt

The hotel has giant roaches. They were all over the property and 2 in my room. I was shocked that this hotel costs so much. Not worth it.

Our view was blocked by cruise ship

Food was really good. My first time ever visiting key west and i had a wonderful experience.

The service was incredible. Incredibly kind and friendly staff. The room was beautiful and very clean. This hotel is phenomenal with the smallest of details. I highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect as it’s right on Mallory square and steps away from Duval Street. Love this hotel!

Only thing that’s good about this property is its location. Overall the hotel seems very run down and the room is very dated. Hallways had a very musty smell. The pool area is very isolated, small and super quiet. We asked for ocean front room and we were put on the ground floor and could barely see the water. And although it’s a marina I wasn’t expecting a huge cruise ship to block views for part of my stay as well. In my opinion it’s not worth the money. Shout out to the bartender at the sunset deck… he was the only one there with long lines and he was so hardworking and attentive!

Loved this property. Convenient location, lots of energy without being too busy, walkable activities, restaurants, shopping, Duval Street. Service was stellar across the board. Would definitely try to stay again!

This property was close to everything and had plenty of parking to keep vehicle for the weekend!

The location is great. Management is great. Unfortunately, the resort is not worth the money they charge. Facility and rooms are outdated, AC would not cool under 73°. Swapped rooms, AC did not cool either, 74° was the coolest, and they had to provide fans. Our stay was very unpleasant.
