Just an overnight stay riding thru Maine. Impressed at how very clean and neat everything was inside and out. Staff was on top of everything. Will definitely stay again.

The Owner was very accomodating to my needs the whole week i stayed there. The cabin I was in served more than my needs. I was happy there, was quiet not to to busy during the week as well. I ll definitely consider going back. Thanks Dean

The bathroom and kitchenette was nicely updated, AC is unit worked well. I also like that there were 2 grills available to use on the property, although only one was hooked up to a propane tank. Beds are quite firm, too much to my preference.

Staff was wlecoming, polite, accommodating, helpful and attentive. They truly made you feel like you were at home! Any questions or concerns that arose where responded to fast and effectively. Every time I called , the person who answered was very nice, helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and we appreciated all the room. The beds were very hard and we didn’t get much sleep and woke up aching all over. Pillows were hard also.

I liked staying here. It has what I like the most: easy access to and from the car, hot water and cleanliness. We loved the quick access to the beaches and to the restaurants either in Wells or Kennebunk. I would come again - in fact I will be back in Autumn.

Helped us out when we had an electrical problem at our summer cottage on an extremely hot day. The unit was clean, air conditioning worked, bed comfortable. A little old fashioned but we appreciated being some place cool!

We were booked to stay 12/31-1/1 At 145 in the afternoon on the day of arrival I received an email stating the hotel was closed and unable to accommodate us . We were left with no place to stay at 2 pm on New Years Eve . My account has still been charged for the stay . I can not get in touch with the Hotel .

Hot tub was running but the temperature was room temperature day one and only slightly warmer day 2. Too cold to use and we were very disappointed as this was a prime reason for selecting your location. I met Betsy and she was very helpful with information and was fun to talk with.

When we arrived we couldn't find our room #27. It was not marked and after searching we had to call the motel person. The room was up a steep flight of outside steps which should have been mentioned when booking. At 78 we struggled with suitcases.

Property was very good, only issue was that our room reservation was for a room with a queen bed & a double bed and the room they gave us only had a queen bed with fold out couch. Pictures showed room with queen and double beds. We called the office to see if we could get what we booked and she told us they were sold out & completely full & she could not help us. She said Expedia call a bed plus a sofa 2 beds. This was misleading and disappointing.

I stayed in cottage #4. It was impeccably clean, well stocked and just perfect. My only complaint would be the comfort of the mattress - not very comfy. Otherwise, all was good.

Property was older, but very clean. Limited contact with staff was pleasant. We were there at the beginning of “off season”, so not many others there.

It would be helpful to have better directions/ signage for the units located in the main house. Our unit #25 was located around back, up a set of stairs, behind what looked like a locked fire door into a dimly lit hallway. Fortunately after roaming around aimlessly for a few minutes, a woman walking through the parking lot explained where the room was. The hallway was so dark that we had to hold the fire door open in order to see the codes on the keypad. We ran into a couple who were staying in the room upstairs near us and showed them how to get to their room. The motel, amenities and grounds were fine and we had an enjoyable stay but if the office is not going to be manned then it has to be a simple process for guests to find their way to their unit.

Liked the quality of towels and neatness in decor, although it is older was furnished nicely. and a plus for amenities of tv, microwave, coffee, kitchen & table. It would be difficult for older people to go up the Outside 19 steps to the room. That should be explained on the site.
