The staff were amazing and friendly. The place was clean and the shuttle was always on time. The WiFi was fast, I was able to play mobile legends. This is my 3rd time in Boracay, would definitely recommend this hotel.

except for missing our wake up call the day that we checked out, everything went well

Excellent service food was lovely! Clean and very convenient

The service here is excellent. Especially in the Savoy Cafe. The rooms are in average condition and could use a thorough clean to remove mould. The building is showing its age.

Everything was ok except for the shuttle service process. They ask guests to have themselves scheduled for the shuttle and there wasn't any process to validate who actually booked for a shuttle. They just let anyone in.

It was a pretty good hotel. Kudos to the extra bed we got. It was very comfortable to sleep in. The hotel restaurant service I give 1/5. We were not attended to inspite of the restaurant having 3 tables occupied, only our table took too long to be served only to find our order was not available anymore.

The people that runs the show is who I thank the most. The only complaint during our stay is in room 5051, there is a foul sewer smell that come out of the drain next to the toilet. Please fix this issue

It was a great time! Free shuttle service to and from the party life. Everyone was so nice and the service was great! Great pool

A nice place to unwind with family

Poor acoustics - noise level. Bad bathroom ventilation (non-existent), molds spotted. This property is billed as a four-star property, but is at best a three-star property. Service/staff is great for intention and care, but management is poor - no systems in place, very bad communication, appears disorganized. They bungled our hotel-airport transfers twice! What if we missed our flights? Caveat emptor, buyer beware.

The property was far from the hustle and bustle of station 1,2,3, which is ok. But they need to put more shuttles to that area since it’s the life of boracay.
The hotel only has a small van that could accommodate maybe 12people and only goes every one hour and half! Etrike is expensive. So I suggest more shuttle to station 1,2 or 3 and bigger vans

The hotel staff are really friendly and polite, the hotel is nice and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and plus the hotel food is amazing! We would definitely stay at Savoy hotel again!

Savoy is in Newcoast area 10 o 15 mins away from Station 1 to 3 where the main actions are. Ideal if you want a quieter stay but near enough to the stations. It’s got its nice private beach. Make sure you book your free shuttle to and from town well in advance as it can get full quickly. Private ride is Pesos 300 one way via e-trike whether one passenger or 7 passengers per trip. Enjoyed my stay at Savoy and service is excellent.

We arrived to find out that the rooms are very small and cannot fit a family of 4, even though when I booked through Expedia, it looked like everything was fine, they can’t even fit one extra bed in that room, so we ended up booking another room and had to split our family between 2 rooms, and hotel doesn’t have the option of connected rooms. Breakfast was okay, restaurant was very slow, it took more than an hour to get the burgers that we ordered.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very courteous.

The hotel itself is nice - but with bucket full of issues. The internet connection is absolute trash, so if you plan to work from here like I did - don't. We also faced multiple electricity shutdowns, that lastet long. This naturally affected internet and power usage even more. We experienced no effort from the staff to make it up the issue for us. The staff is having a nice smile and telling that they will fox the issues when asked, but in reality, nothing happens.
Servive in the restaurant is super slow as well.
The hotel area itself with pools and private beach is beautiful.
Overall doen't meet the class and standard Savoy should be anywhere in the world.

Excellent service. Would definitely recommend this place!

It was so hot in the rooms! They have a problem with their aie conditioning systems for the rooms. We have no idea what temp was the coldest but the coldest could barely keep the room bearable.
The staff actually gave us the option to transfer to another room, but it seemed all their rooms had the same problem. Their AC could not cool the room enough. We had to ask for a fan to be placed in our room to help cool our room. All the while we thought it was just us who had this issue, but there was another guest complaining about it at the front desk.
They have to fix this AC situation otherwise they will be turning off a lot of guests who go there to relax.

Booked this place online for over 50% discount and what an amazing resort experience it was.
Resort is located about 15-20 mins from downtown Borocay area in a secluded complex. There’s shuttle buses which run from hotel to downtown every hour or so but need to pre book these due to limited seats. But tricycle runs at 300 pesos each way.
Room was immaculate and new, nothing to complain but make sure to speak to reception if housekeeping hasn’t visited yet in the afternoon, as we had two days with this experience (only the negative issue).
Beach is secluded too and is only 5-10 mins walk down the path and it’s clean, plenty of eateries and absolutely no vendors coming around every second.
Pool area at the resort was clean and modern and plenty of places to lounge around in the sun. There’s also 7/11 convenience store selling everything you need including booze and 24 peso ice cream cone!!!
Recommend this resort to anyone visiting Borocay!!

I stayed here for 4 days.
I must stay only in this hotel when I visit to Boracay again.
1. beautiful private beach by walk (13mins)
2. Lots of free activities and shuttle service to D'mall
3. Friendly and nice staff
Weak point (But, strong point is beyond the weak point)
1. Location
2. Room size

I liked that it was far from the strip. The area was generally quiet and the beach is fairly secluded. You only share with other residents and hotel guests instead of the strip beach where you share with the public. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were great. The town is about a 15-20 min ride if you want to explore. The hotel also has a nice spa. I stayed here with family and overall we had a pleasant stay. Lastly, you’re prone to mosquito bites, definitely bring bug spray if you plan to be outside at any point. Nothing to do with the hotel, that’s just how it is being in a tropical island.

Completely different than in beautiful photos. Lots of problems, cold water, terrible internet.

The people who worked their are very nice and helpful. That’s the only strength this Hotel have. Shuttle service always delayed and not enough to accommodate all the guest. Feel like you are in a Market with the amount of people. Screaming and yelling in the hallway even in the middle of the night. We will not be coming back to this hotel anymore.

We like the place the room the swimming pools and the food. Kids love the pool and feel safe about since they have lifeguards who is watching the pools and the pools were clean.

The beach was dirty, even saw a diaper and broken bottles. It needs to be cleaned. Otherwise, the hotel was great. Breakfast was served on two floors, food was delicious, bed was comfortable. They had events every night by the swimming pool. My only problem is mosquitoes loved to bite me and they’re all over the place.

Besides their private beachs and distance from the inland I liked it all

We absolutely can’t fault the staff here. They went above and beyond to help us out. They made us vegetarian food for breakfast. Packed us sandwiches for when we had to leave early. They were always smiling and helpful. The hotel itself was good but so much building work going on around the hotel with new hotels going in next door and the roads to get to the hotel were ripped up. It was like being on a building site. It is an 8 minute walk to the beach past building works. Hotel was good but island of Boracay will hopefully be better in few years when the building has stopped and infrastructure is better.
