It was a very nice place and the service and staff were very friendly and accommodating. While it is a pet friendly hotel, having rooms specifically identified as non pet rooms would allow people to stay in pet free rooms

Very clean and nice bed, BUT no fan or proper door for bathroom. They had a sliding barn door which was not private or enclosed properly for me to stay again.

Had a double bed room. The one bed once the covers were pulled down there was white powdery stuff on the bed. The guy was really nice and gave another room. That room smelled musty and the condition and body wash bottles were emptied. The crazy part is when you walk into the lobby area it beautiful but the rooms look so outdated for being newer hotel. The amount I paid to stay is unreal.

This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in and does not have hand soap. There was hair on the floor; clearly, the mate was rushing and forgot to vacuum it.

We had a serenading breakfast facilitator who made me smile throughout our meals. If she had some fresh hot baked items, she would cart it around the dining area and offer it up. I have never seen that before! We are always happy with Hampton Inn but this time We were in a first floor room which was damp feeling. Towels and swim suits never dried.

Best part about this hotel is the singing breakfast attendant! She offered the dining room guests fresh baked scones and was happy to make lactose free eggs. The property is convenient to Kennebunkport and Wells and right off the highway. The gym needs yoga mats but otherwise is fine. Pool refreshing. Would say here again.

The only thing I would suggest is not turning on the gym or surround sound music on at 530am. I was on the 2nd floor and the music was so loud.

The place was very clean and the people where very friendly, I the water could be a little hotter. And being at the end of the first floor was noisy with people going in and out the outside door. But the stay was great since had no heat or electricity at home.

Lady at the front desk was super great.She steered me right how to get rt 1 and the church for a funeral Only complaint is they should have a sign visable from the main road,the place is kind of hidden by some woods and probably drove by it like three times before I spotted it.

The staff are wonderful and very helpful. My favorite part was the kitchen staff who went above and beyond in accommodating needs at the complimentary breakfast. Everything was clean and kept up. My only comment is I prefer a firmer mattress. And, I feel guilty for mentioning it given the great value and awesome staff. We will stay here again.

Hotel is clean and service was great but omg there’s no soundproofing! I could hear people above me, each side of me and anyone talking in hallway sound like they are in the room with you. I’m usually not a light sleeper but my daughter and I both felt like we were sleeping in an open dorm. Bring your earplugs.
