Friendly front desk staff. The room was clean. The beds were so so as far as comfort and they were very squeaky. Excellent location on the boardwalk so we had to do very little driving. Wi-fi in our room on the second floor hardly worked. You would get a connection for a couple of seconds but then it would drop. I would definitely stay there again.

My friends and I came to OCMD for Winefest on the beach. The hotel was perfect. Close to the venue and beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazing and so helpful only issue I had was not with the hotel, but people staying at another hotel next-door, screaming all hours of the night, but that was not on this hotel. They We’re very helpful

I was very pleased with my stay at this establishment. Despite some initial uncertainty based on other reviews, I found the accommodations to be quite satisfactory. The room was well-maintained and furnished with modern amenities. The beds were comfortable and free of any infestations. The view from the room was pleasant, and the staff was accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, as I will be staying here again!

Everything was as expected for an older property and was a great value. The only issue we had was when our room was cleaned, it wasn't vacuumed at all and only one bed was made. The unmade bed had some clean clothes sta ked on it so we thought this could be why. Never had this happen before.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was dust all over the bunk bed frame. Our tv would not work ,it was replaced. The door lock batteries died, they were replaced. The door lock broke and we were stuck sitting in a dirty stairwell for a half hour. Maintenance finally got there, drilled the lock to let us in, to watch the air show. They were able to finally fix it. But the room was comfortable to sleep in.

I liked that the hotel is 1 block from the beach and that a microwave is in the room very convenient. Dislikes: broken bathroom door, ceiling coming apart in the bathroom and sleeping room. Ice machine is downstairs on the outside of the property looks rusted.

Everything was great as far as the room and location go. Right before I left to comeback home, I noticed someone hit the rear corner panel of my vehicle and left a mark. I went to the service desk and the employee told me that they don’t have surveillance cameras outside of the under garage, so there was nothing they could do. Maybe, try and install cameras to the outer parking spots, so things like this could have better turnouts.

We had a great stay in until we couldn’t be on our balcony due to the ac flooding it up with water for some reason and on top of that we would have the ac running and it wouldn’t cool our room at all so we would sleep with the balcony slider open to feel some coolness and breeze. Thank you for having us but won’t be staying here again

We liked that it was on the boardwalk. We didnt want to have to drive anywhere during our stay since it was a short visit. The staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean. We are already thinking about going back next summer.

Only 6 blocks from the pier and right on the board walk. We stayed in a deluxe room with a side ocean view as a family of 4. Room was kinda tight for the 4 of us but it worked for the amount of time we were in the room. Cleaning people were great and came everyday. Overall we had a great time and would stay again.

Nice balcony and view of the kites ! Parking is tight but that’s usual for any beach hotels. Glad this one had an elevator.

The room itself was ok for a nice weekend getaway! We needed extra towels/washclothes it seemed to be a little difficult getting those but eventually someone brought them to us! The only thing that would make me not want to stay there again is THE PARKING, it is horrendous! Seems to not be enough spaces and if you drive anything larger than a clown car...good luck! But the staff is super friendly and it was clean!

Nice spot with pretty good pool. Private balcony’s view pool. Great deli, pizza sub shop and liquor store directly across the street all open late. Easy walk to nice part of beach. Friendly staff.

Everything was fine. The TV was difficult to deal with & the Wi-Fi needed to be rebooted as the network kept disappearing. I mentioned it to the front desk several times, buit it was never fixed.

When we checked in we had a new employee in training, we arrived at 530AM, and asked if we could have a late checkout. The gentleman proceeded to tell us yes and gave us until 1PM. The next day staff called us at 11am and asked what time we were leaving, mind you we stopped and needed the rest from being on the road coming all the way from Atlanta, passing through Ocean City only stopping for some much needed rest before hitting the road again to end our destination. Needless to say the staff could not do anything for us and we were forced to checkout. It was not a pleasant experience at all!
