The staffs and breakfast are great! Room is clean but shower is too small. The building is old and you could hear the noise at night from outside . However for the price included breakfast is good and convenient.

Good location and friendly service. So good we booked another 3 nights on our return trip to Iraklion. The only deficiency, as every other central hotel in Iraklion is parking. I booked my hire car to when we departed Iraklion and will return it the day we arrive back, that way we don;t have to finding parking. You can do without a car in Iraklion, buses and taxis are ideal.
2.5
Clean and comfortable and right in the middle of the city. No frills but none were needed. Everything was recently renovated.

Nice hotel, great location and fantastic staff

We loved this place. Convenient location next to the center. A lot of restaurants, a nice Bazaar supermarket where you can buy water bottles for 18 cents a 1/2 gallon and sandwiches for 2 euros a life saver if you are going on a day trip. We arrived very early and they accommodate us without any problems and breakfast is good. Definitely will stay again if we ever come back to Crete.

Very close to ferry port and bus station. Also close to main walking area for shipping and restaurants.

Clean as possible, very perfect.

This small hotel is very clean and modern. My wife and I had a room with 'partial sea view', in fact an excellent view of the old Venetian harbour fort and breakwater and the sea beyond. The room had a small balcony with two chairs and small table. The bed was very comfortable; if you are of a larger build, you might find the ensuite bathroom fairly snug. There was a good choice of options at the buffet-stye breakfast, and the hotel staff were all lovely and helpful. The hotel is in a small backstreet where parking nearby is almost impossible, but there are paid parking options within reasonable (10-minute) walking distance. The narrow system of one-way streets takes some getting used to if you do happen to be driving. It's a very good base for exploring central Heraklion: lots to see nearby! The hotel does not do evening meals, there would be no point given how many decent restaurants there are in the vicinity.

Infinity Boutique Hotel was in quiet area within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was modern with small fridge and safe. Balcony had no view but we didn’t use it.

A solid three star hotel. Clean and calm, with a very nice little breakfast buffet. From the hotel you can walk everywhere in Heraklion, and you´re close to the local and long distance bus station.

The night manager was so friendly and gave amazing restaurant places to eat. He was also very kind. The day manager was not as nice as we rented a car and needed to load our bags. The parking situation is not great but we only needed a minute to gather our things and he was not as helpful in making this happen. The hotel itself was great.

A special thank to Michalis the receptionist who was full of good advices, always smiling and nice.

y helpful. But the room smelled terrible upon entering. They came and cleaned it. The breakfast was exactly the same every morning. It was fairly good but not great. The airlines lost my luggage and the staff helped me get it back.

This property was perfect for me as a solo traveler on the go in Heraklion. The hotel is situated within a short walk from the ferry terminal, main bus/tax terminal, shopping, restaurants, and the Archaeological Museum. The rooms are very functional, spacious, clean with a bit of creative flair, has a balcony overlooking the harbor, elevator, breakfast buffet, in-room hot water kettle, iron & board. Highly recommend !

loved our room, the service staff, and the proximity to both the Heraklion museum and the waterfront. But Heraklion is NOT a beautiful town, even if it's safe and the streets are small, and the area around the hotel is cramped and unattractive. But for one or two nights for museum and Knossos, this is a very nice hotel

perfect location with very friendly and helpfull staff. boutique hotel, very nice design, out room had even a small terrasse.

We started and ended our trip to Crete at this hotel, 3 + 1 night.
It was a very good 3 star hotel. We enjoyed staying here and would absolutely recommend the hotel.
The location was perfect in the city center, in a quiet small street. We walked everywhere, also close to the bus to Knossos.
The first nights we had a bigger room, we enjoyed that, next time we had the smallest room and it was ok for one night. Both of the rooms had a balcony.
The breakfast was excellent!!
Very good value for money. All the stuff were friendly and helpful.

Superb location close to everything in the heart of town and just a short walk from the bus station. Very friendly and attentive staff that exceeded my expectations. The breakfast is excellent and has a great variety of good tasting food. The only real weakness is that the shower stall is rather small. Overall this is a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again in the future

This is an oasis in a busy, densely populated area of the old city. At first the room assigned was not very quiet but my request for another room at a higher floor was quickly met (even though the entire hotel was booked). Next time I will get the actual sea view room, not a partial sea view. Staff was responsive to our needs, helpful and very caring. Breakfast was superb!

Great location n close to everything. Walkable. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Shower was small, but good water pressure.

Nice boutique hotel. At a very good price, though I expect that rises in seasons. Very tastefully done and I thought my room was artfully decorated. Good location, friendly staff.

Room a little noisy from people walking up steps and room overhhead

The room was large and cozy. It has all the amenities you would need and is close to all the tourist locations. We loved the view of the water. The breakfast was convenient and enjoyable. Lots of choices, not just a continental breakfast. The value was well worth it for the price you paid. We did walk to the hotel from the port since it was about a 9 minute walk. If you have a lot of luggage, may want to take a taxi. Otherwise, our stay was perfect for one night.
