No hot water- no info on line that airport shuttle did not run after midnight. Accessible room was not accessible- no roll in shower- tub with no grab bars

Superb cleanliness of the room. Being near the airport it seems the halls a lobby got a lot of use, so a little more worn. Excellent breakfast options. Elevator a little slow.

This hotel is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. Our room clearly smelled like smoke. Staff refused to move us to another room, even though I could see that there were open rooms being marketed on Expedia. We chose this hotel based on a high rating in Expedia. The high rating didn’t meet reality. Stay away from this place.

The night shift lady was sleeping and nobody could get help. The shuttle driver said he couldn’t get a hold of her either. The a/c unit in my room sounding like a jet engine. Couldn’t sleep. Remote was missing from room. When I got off elevator, the floor by the ice machine was all torn up and nasty to look at.

Check in was less than desirable as I waited for someone to come for awhile. After she arrived at the desk, she asked my name and handed me a key. Didn’t check ID, didn’t verify a card or anything. I tried to enter a side door and the key didn’t work. I had to walk around the property to the front and verify the key works- she said the door just didn’t. I inquired about leaving my car at the hotel and taking the shuttle to the airport, she said you could but there were not cameras and vehicles get broken into and stolen there often. I did not sleep at all due to a combination of uncomfortable beds, worry for my vehicle, curious who may be coming through the door since my ID and personal info was never verified. Won’t be coming back.

The property is fine and good value. At 7:30am, the sausage gravy at breakfast was very cold. I used the microwave in the snack purchase area to warm it. Hotel room is showing a little wear in the bathroom, but other than that, very clean.

The property was great, but the one staff member never cracked a smile, had eye contact, nor said much. We only had two bath towels, so we had to go down and get more. Other than that, the property was great and close to the airport.

This hotel has really nice amenities - complimentary snack & beverage at check-in, nice in-room toiletries, and the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious (including the coffee). The bed was comfy and clean. The hotel in general could use a refresh, carpet, etc. are a bit worn.

The Hampton Inn is a good choice if you need to be near OMA. The facility was very clean and modern and the staff were excellent. My biggest beef is their internet policy, where you have to provide a ton of information just to get access to free internet. It's 2023, Hampton. Give free internet and knock off the attempt to get them to pay more for premium service.

We stay at this location every couple of months and have been very pleased in the past. There seemed to be a problem with the check in system upon arrival and the front desk attendant had to physically check to see if a room was clean and available. We had a reservation and checked in about 8pm. Upon arriving to the room we received a call to verify that we checked in. (Again, the computer system not staff, seemed to be glitching) This hotel has changed their soaps and they were honestly terrible. (Scratchy, thin, and lacking any lather). I hope the system bugs are fixed and the soap changes so we can continue to stay at this location.
