Very nice hotel. Clean, bed was comfy, pillows great! Bathroom was very roomy and lots of walking room in the bedroom area. There is a mall nearby and it seemed hotel was close to main roads/interstate. Breakfast was not bad…typical free breakfast fare. Only complaint was noise in the morning! We were on 2nd floor, every time toilet flushed or shower was turned on on any of the upper floors we heard EVERYTHING!! If you’re an early riser it’s fine…we aren’t!

Very nice place to stay, convenient to the airport, great airport shuttle service. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable, thin mattress and only felt springs, no cushion or comfort.

The hotel had a weird smell and we had hair from previous guest on bathroom floor and in the tub. Beds were nice and seemed clean. Called front desk a couple of times and no answer. When we went down their was a line checking in and only one girl at the desk.

The gurenteed check-in time was 4 pm, we arrived at the hotel front desk at 3:55, asked for check-in. However, the front desk told us the room was not ready and they needed 15 mins. So we waited, it was till 5pm we were informed that the room is finally ready… We were not alone, a bunch of other families were waiting too. Two points: 1) if you can’t have your hotel ready by 4pm, don’t guarantee it; 2) tell us the truth of how long you need to make our room ready, if you need 1 hour, say 1 hour, so we will go feed ourselves first and come back, instead of just waiting.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Shuttle available to go to airport, mall, light rail station, etc. You just have to request at the front desk and the wait may be a bit long since there is only one shuttle and it’s first come first serve. Nevertheless, it’s a convenient way to get around. You can easily reach downtown by taking the light rail.

The shuttle drivers were so helpful and friendly. Front desk assicuates were also great! The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, no complaints.

Great family friendly hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good decent hot breakfast. Lots of parking, close to a large shopping mall with many restaurants. Close to highway for easy commuting to downtown. Overall a great experience even though the cost per room was on higher side.

Very clean, nice property. We chose Holiday Inn Express- Tukwila because of the free breakfast, free parking and pool and proximity to light rail. Very close to mall, places to eat, and Light Rail Tukwila station. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle.

I specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds. I was given a room with one king bed. When I went to talk to the front clerk she told me that the reservation was for a standard room which me y the hotel could choose which room to provide. In the 10 years I’ve booked what thru Expedia I’ve never had this issue ever. I don’t feel the staff at the hotel were being honest with me and pretty much dismissed me. When I checked out I asked a different person at the front desk and she just shrugged her shoulders as if she was at a loss on what a standard room was and stated that she had no idea how Expida worked.

We showed up at 4 to check in and found our room wasn't ready. We needed to meet some people at th baseball game. We filled out all of the paperwork so when we got back we could grab our key and head to the room since it was going to be late. We got back at 11 and had to wait about 15 min for the front desk clerk to help us. We had to fill out all of the paperwork again, little frustrating. Hope it was just a one off since the rest of stay was pleasant. The hotel was super clean and beds soft.

Love this property! This was my second time staying here. It's convenient from the airport (shuttle service) and very close to Southcenter mall and restaurants. It's also close to the Tukwila light rail station. The free breakfast was pretty good too with decent hot options as well as fruits and pastries. Coffee is available at all times in the lobby, which we LOVED since we are late in the day coffee drinkers.

Went out of their way to make sure we got to the hotel after our flight was delayed and their free shuttle had stopped running for the night. We appreciate it greatly since we picked this hotel specifically for the convenience and savings of the free airport shuttle. Thanks!
