Nice property. Well located near restaurants, shops and port. Very clean but starting to show its age. Very nice staff! A little far from Knossos. Took a taxi for 15€.

Close to port and within walking distance to many locations in Heraklion. Hallways and stair areas are dark and gloomy. Felt like more of a business hotel. Breakfast was good and staff great. Our room on second floor had an enormous patio that you could have had a mini rave on.

The room was very spacious, clean, with plenty of pillows, a comfortable bed, and paid parking ($9/day) right below. It was very comfortable! The rooftop lounge was also very cool, with a good view of the old harbor!

Overall a great stay. Good sized comfortable rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Loved having a drink at the rooftop bar. Only issue was directions for parking. It turned out to be next door but a bit of a hassle figuring it out!

This property was clean, but the food was average at best. I was not able to eat at any of the dining experiences because I did not book in advance. I was only one person and they could not get me in even at an earlier time to eat. This was disappointing.

Convenient location. Easy car parking at Central Parking downstairs. Good breakfast buffet. Great staff. Clean. Stayed in the executive suite for the extra bed. Walking distance to Seajet ferry. Many restaurants within 10min walk. Overall, very good hotel option if you stay in Heraklion center. Thank you

Hotel is in a great area, but seems like management has been skimping on maintenance. The room needed a deep clean - beyond the typical clean. There was blood on the curtains, mucus, dead insects, and other marks smeared on the walls. Wasn't up to standard.

Great room and facilities just let down by lack of attention to detail from housekeeping requiring a call to reception to rectify some minor omissions. Reception were very helpful.

The room is large but in need of updating. The general vibe is more of a hostel than a hotel. I also felt that the elevators placed directly at the entrance way before reception were a security issue. Anyone can access the floors and at 4 am there was loud talking outside the room. The area was noisy. There are many other options available at this price with more of a hotel feel and service.

If you are looking for a clean, modern hotel right in the middle of town, this is the hotel you should book. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are large, comfortable and the AC works well. The area all around the hotel is amazing with literally dozens of restaurant and shopping options just outside the front door. Definately recommended!

I use Ibis all the time and know what to expect which usually is good but this hotel actually positively surprised me with it’s condition, cleanliness, breakfast, service and above all- location location location. Their rooftop bar is beautiful and perfect for a chill out drink in the evening. Value for money is above average. If I ever get to Heraklion again (which deserves a longer visit on its own) I’ll definitely take this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, Tue rooms were clean and convenient. The staff are very accommodating and extremely professional. There can be a bit at noise heard from the nearby restaurants but this has nothing to do with the hotel and also it’s due to it being very central.
