convenient location, clean large room. some lights and outlets didnt work in the room. safety lock inside door didnt work.

This property is near the train but I did not find that to be distracting (did not affect sleep). There are lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance which is a huge
The negative would be there was no mini fridge and no microwave in the room. But they did have a vending machine in lobby that had cold bottles of water and soda so the lack of mini fridge was not a big issue.

Beyond the spotless room—with two showers—the view of Queens, including the number 7 train tracks and the Manhattan skyline was spectacular.

This hotel clearly was renting rooms to people with extra activities. The smell of weed was overwhelming. I paid for breakfast included and didn’t have any food service at all.

Hotel was hot and the bed was very uncomfortable. The front desk person was not very friendly. We called the front twice for an extra pillow and the person said “it’s coming, we are very busy.” Which when we were down there, only two other people were there waiting. They never brought the pillow. We also had to wait 30 minutes upon arrival at 6 pm because the room was not ready. Was not worth the price.

This hotel is not for professionals, families or decent people. When I checked in, there was a man with a woman of the oldest profession, that was negotiating an hourly rate. This would be the rule rather than the exception for my stay. This is a hotel for vice. If that’s what you are looking for, then the staff seems to be quite accommodating. But DO NOT bring your family. This is a barely disguised brothel and a den of inquiry. If that’s what you are looking for, I would recommend slippers in the shower and every other form of protection outside of it.

Loved the location and view.

Since I'm familiar with the area it was easy to get around but if you're unaware of traffic and limited parking you'll regret driving there.

closer to the subway

I needed a decent place to stay while I explored the city. The hotel is a short walk from a couple subway stations, and was quiet at night. Beds were comfy and staff was great. So many great restauraunts around the hotel in Elmhurst as well.

This property is super accessible because of the train being right outside. However, the room had several areas that looked like they were being fixed on the roof and walls that were a bit nerve-racking. It was a very basic hotel, nothing special. The area is very dirty and busy. Very loud at night with the activity and the train so nearby. It was fine, but extremely expensive for what it was.

Convenient location to attend the US Open. Great neighborhood to explore, with excellent eats.

The room was clean but there was no breakfast as advertised. Tv channels were limited , no refrigerator, no ice machines on floors , no shower in bathtub. No coffee maker.

Hotel wasn’t bad I would say it was overall good. Only issue I had was the rooms were a bit outdated and the halls smelled of cigarettes. I know there are smoking or non smoking rooms but, it was heavy smoke smell. I wish they’d change that, otherwise it was a good little place!

PLEASE DO MOT STAY HERE GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THE HOTEL AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD AROUND IT ARE FILTHY , NOISY AND VERY UNSAFE. NO IRON, NO FRIDGE, NO ROD IN THE CLOSET TO HANG YOUR CLOTHS AND NO WAY AM I RETURNING.

One 'plus' mentioned on their amenities was soundproof rooms ... but that's not the case. More than once I was woken by a noise like a pneumatic drill as though it was 'in' my en-suite! I recorded the noise more than once ..at 0450am and 5am as well as late evening! No kettle / coffee and inly a cold drinks and ice dispenser available. The shower grl was emoty, the hand gel bottle was locked over the bath ...

Pros
1) walking distance to the subway station and restaurants
2) Quiet location considering its closed distance to the train station
3) Daily housekeeping service ( towel change, cleaning, make beds erc)
Cons
1) Room description listed non-smoking room, however rooms smell like cigarettes. If you are sensitive to smoke, do not book in this place
2) No free breakfast as listed in the room description. The hotel doesnt have a dining area onsite.
3) The hotel needs an upgrade. The TV didnt work during our stay
4) Expensive considering the quality and amenities. The hotel is highly priced due to the convenience of being closed to the subway.
5) Lots of activity in the lobby area at night. This hotel offers rooms by the hour - if you get the hint …

I like the bathroom. It was clean and looks new. Beddings are clean. Not bad for the hotel cost per night

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Called front desk. She said the other rooms are even worse. I asked if the windows open. "They used to". Weak customer service..

I stayed here for the second time because supposedly it was remodeled. Not true, Yes, new curtains and bedskirts and wallpaper. However, no soap in bathroom, no top sheet on the bed so you sleep under a comforter used...how many times??? Filthy lamps with broken shade, smell of cigarettes, the phone didn't work. But...a beautiful view of Manhatten.

The best thing about the hotel was it’s location ! Excellent! restaurants ,food shopping stores public transportation, etc. fantastic !
The rooms need a small refrigerator, and a updated HDF TV . Furniture needs maintenance, it appears run down a bit and used .

The room I got had some sort of humidity issue on ceiling. The paint was falling off. The room smelled really humid. The shower floor wasn’t sealed correctly so every time we took a shower the water went everywhere in the bathroom. When I first arrived we found what looked like “pee” on the bathroom floor. I got locked out of my room twice because the lock wasn’t working properly and had to wait for staff to come open up the room for me. Not even the master key would work. We had an ironing board but no iron. I stayed 3 nights and nobody ever came to clean. My trash can was overflowing.
