Trip to SLC to visit family. Rooms immaculate & a very comfortable bed. Frig and microwave in room. Off the “beaten path” so nice area with easy access to east SLC. We were on top floor; could hear adjoining room television but was not too disruptive.

My best friend and I stayed overnight for a Girl’s Weekend and had the absolute best time! The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the valley. There were many dining options close by so we had a variety to choose from. And the continental breakfast in the morning had a ton of great options and the hours they were serving were nice so we didn’t feel rushed to get down there or worrying about missing it. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating! Definitely going to use it for future events!

Comfortable and quiet hotel convenient for our purposes. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in in a hotel. The breakfast was good (despite the waffle station being unavailable) and the service, both at breakfast and at the desk, was first-rate.

Second time staying at this hotel. The room was not clean, crumbs on the floor and hair on the bathroom floor. Bedding was clean at least. Had this been my first stay I would not have returned, and probably won't in the future. Cleanliness is very important when it comes to hotel rooms. The woman at the front desk was very nice when checking in!

I loved this hotel except for a couple of things. First, I booked this hotel so I would not have to worry about parking. Little did I know they do not have enough space for everyone that is staying there. We had to park across the street in a parking lot that was only supervised every 3 hours. This made me very uncomfortable and I didn’t appreciate walking at night alone with my teenage daughter. Second, the shower in my room had mildew growing in the cracks and it wouldn’t drain. Showers had to be short or we would risk flooding the bathroom. Last, the breakfast choices were limited and disappointing. The bed however was super comfortable and the staff was very kind.

Well it was just a getaway for me and Mom to get away from the kids and they've got nice air conditioning it's kind of tucked away from everything else so it's nice and quiet and we always enjoy their breakfast and they have great staff Hannah is wonderful who we usually see in the mornings Brian is awesome who usually see in the evenings.

The shower needs to be cleaned more in the corners and during breakfast some staff came in and took pretty much what was left of a small breakfast right in front of me at 9:50, very unprofessional. The individual who checked us in was a professional. The guy running the breakfast, also awesome. Just the ladies who came in at the end of breakfast.

Free parking, free breakfast, free late check out, clean rooms, very nice staff, beautiful area. Very dog friendly! Lobby has a big jar of large dog biscuits. Our dog had an accident in the lobby, staff was really cool about it and cleaned it up right away - we are so sorry about that. Our coffee maker was broken and they brought one up to our room really quickly. Room was clean, bathroom has very nice toiletries, the lotion smells great. Breakfast is big, coffee (reg & decaf), juice, milk, tea, muffins, scones, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled egg, granola, waffles (reg & mini), scrambled eggs, sausage, omelettes, apples. Parking is free, along side of building and in front of lobby. Several restaurants within walking distance.

The noise level of the door going outside was next to our room and it slammed excessively loud late into the night. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, breakfast was very nice so the rest of the stay was good.

The two ladies at the counter excellent , friendly. The lobby was burning hot. My room air conditioning was not working . Temp in room was 79 to 80 F . I was givem a fan that helped. Therevwas no empty room to move into. Breakfast was very good. My stay was ruined.

Property is nice and clean. Bathroom is big with good water pressure. The only negative is they serve light roast coffee at breakfast which doesn’t even smell like coffee. For a nice property, I expected better coffee.

First, The location of this hotel was near the mountains in a quiet area. Local coffee place and a few other nice places to get food were within walking distance. A very nice Riverwalk just a short distance away. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff. Everyone was super friendly at our initial check-in and that continued over the duration of our stay. They upgraded our room without a request. The housekeeping staff came in and made the beds and left clean towels each day . The lobby area is spacious. Breakfast was a nice plus! Because we were visiting family and trying to make the most of our stay, we asked for a late check out, and they did not hesitate to accommodate us. We will definately stay at this hotel again!
