I brought ny daughter to Counsil Bluffs for NebCon. I stayed here and she sayed at a different hotel with friends. I was mainly there to relax and do nothing! I had a comfortable bed, a tv, kitchenette, I was happy!

Our stay at myplace council bluffs worked out perfect for our family. We used the pool daily. It was a bit chilly but very clean. Our room was clean. Towles were provided but that was about the extent of amenities in the room. There was a full size fridge with an ice maker in the freezer. We were able to make enough ice to fill our cooler. No cooking items were provided but we weren't planning on using the stove or microwave. Beds were comfortable enough and we liked the pillows. Only negative was the hallway was freezing. Our room was easy to control the heat/air and it worked well.

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable. The price for our stay was very reasonable. It would have been nice to have breakfast, but we knew they didn’t provide this when we booked.

We stayed at My Place Hotel when we flew in for our granddaughters wedding. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would absolutely recommend it. Price was great too.

This was a simple, clean economy hotel. Our room had a full kitchenette and was dog-friendly. It was just a little small for the price. The staff was very friendly though. There was no free breakfast, but we had a toaster in our room to make our own bagels in the morning.

Front desk was very polite and helpful during check-in. However we notice the second room a bit smoky smell unsure if this was due to AC turn off prior to check-in. We notify front desk and she check the issue assure no we aren’t everything okay after she spray some scents. The bad is the hotel does not have a hot tub and complimentary breakfast in the morning

I traveled with my 4 boys and our door wasn't working after we initially entered our room. Took the kids to the pool for a bit, and maintenance was there to fix our door after a staff member let us in. Very easy going staff and would visit here again.

Staff was friendly, fast and accommodating. Beds were VERY comfortable and the room was clean, but it had an awful smell - dog perhaps, sweat? It was potent. Also, coffee maker had old grounds in it. Breakfast was a choice of prepackaged foods. No fresh fruit or freshly prepared foods.

It had a full kitchen with appliances. Very clean and comfortable. I let the desk know that remote didn’t work properly, bathroom sink was a bit clogged and the shower head/faucet needed fixing. Also this location did not serve breakfast even though the website says they do. They know it too. Said they can’t find a worker to take it over and said can’t delete that off their site. Hmm. I always choose hotel with breakfast, so I feel they should discount the room charges.

I just stayed a quick overnight passing through. The front desk lady was great and helpful. Only reason for 4 star is the bed was not that comfy and the TV remote seemed to have problems.

Our room was very comfortable. It had a little table with chairs, full size fridge, full size coffee maker, and a recliner. Even though they did not serve breakfast, they had a small multi-purpose room with tables and chairs, and coffee available. We really enjoyed it.

Good place for a quick stop. Clean and quiet. They had clean amenities and the area was near some good restaurants. We brought our dogs and they welcomed them without hesitation. The pet fee was doable and didn’t break the bank like other hotels. The bed was a little wonky for a king. It felt like there wasn’t a bar support in the middle. But the room itself was clean and decent. Used the laundry facilities and it was really clean and easy to use and good priced. Would stay in this hotel at that location again if we had to do another drive out that way. I recommend coming here especially if you have pets.
