The rooms are old and have not been taken care of. There are a lot of defects in the room like door hinges being painted over floor trim that's sticking up dirty tiles in the bathroom that have not been cleaned. A lot of surface areas that have not been cleaned. Stains on the carpet stains on the couches.

Breakfast options were limited and not very good. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be that hard to improve the breakfast and start everyone off for the day with a full belly and a smile.

This was just a one night quick stay but I would definitely stay here again. Staff were friendly and helpful. They offer earplugs and noise machines for the highway traffic, although I didnt hear anything with the fan running. Bed was comfy, shower was hot and the breakfast we grabbed on our way out was also very good. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay here again if we're in the area

I booked a suite, was put in a handicap room( which was fine) however the room from the beginning had a urine smell. I complained to the desk staff about it and they said they would have the room cleaned and have the carpets cleaned. The room after the “cleaning” still had a urine smell. We did not have daily cleaning or towel replacements, only on request. On my last night I had asked if there was any way I could get a percentage off my stay due to the smell and was told that because I had booked it through a third party there was nothing that could be done. So basically I was stuck in a smelly room for 5 days and no way to get any money back. This is a real problem when going through a third party vendor.

This is a superb hotel. It’s very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. I’ve enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the pool and gym.

Staff was smoking marijuana outside the front door before we checked in. We had to smell it the entire time we were checking in. Hotel was clean and comfortable. But, as we headed to the parking lot at check out, we discovered many piles of broken glass from car windows being broken into during the night. Several vehicles were broken into. Unsafe area!!

Room booked via Hotels.com confirmed as having "FULL KITCHEN" and dinner food was purchased to cook in the room. Upon arrival the room had NO convectional Oven, but fortunately the outside BBQ was available and dinner saved ( dodging the rain showers) Corridor carpets in need of cleaning ground floor.

The hotel and room were clean and nice. The breakfast was also good. However, the noise from the freeway didn't let us sleep. The window doesn't do anything with that noise. The heater is also noisy. So, we got the sleepless night there.

Very nice rooms, kitchenette includes full sized fridge & dishwasher, a table for 4, dishes utensils & very nice storage area for a hotel room. Building materials look/feel relatively new. It felt like a livable space long term. Enjoy this Marriott! ~Z~

The place looks really nice but it was very loud at 1am on a Tuesday. Also in the middle of the night the a/c heat broke and was super loud and woke me up at 2am. When I went to check out no one was at the front desk and I had to wait about 20 mins

Aside from a couple days where we asked for sheets and towels to be replace but was not (we stayed for 2 weeks), it was a good stay. Management reached out to me for the bumpy start where I could not enter the building for a late check in (I called ahead) and we just used air spray to eliminate the faint odor of spoiled food.

Clean. Insanely expensive pet fee for one nighr. FEE. not deposit. Kind of unheard of in the PNW. Either make it no pets or reduce the fee. Where does that money go? Are you saying pet rooms are cleaned more throughly than non-pet rooms? And yes. It’s on the website and in the fine print of Expedia so thanks for reminding me the fee is my fault for not reading. I figured the guy behind the counter was having a bad night when I took 10 to 15 minutes for him to check me in, but to tell me about the fee AFTER my card was scanned as he’s handing me keys felt like a bait a switch. (I know - it’s MY fault) Never again. Oh- and if you turn the fan on over the cook top you can drown out the constant door slamming by the stairs for that 125 dollar EXTRA pet “friendly” room.
