Pros: All the employees were friendly! Location so close to Vibrant Arena! Homemade omelets in the morning were great!
Con: lighting at the mirror in the bathroom was not great.

Very nice hotel! Check in host was warm and friendly. Only negative is plumbing from adjacent rooms was loud - gurgling water and faucets on and off could be clearly heard.

I have no complaints - this hotel had everything you would want or need for a couple's overnight to check out the Quad Cities. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, comfortable, and convenient with a sink, microwave, fridge, and filtered water spout to refill your water bottle. The breakfast was delicious with several options, including omelettes. Plus, they do have bikes to borrow to ride the trail and a saline pool. We found it easy to walk a few blocks for dinner. I will definitely be back!

Crossing the street from the parking lot is dangerous. You have to be prepared to run because there is no crosswalk and drivers are going fast.

Room was NOT clean. Especially bathroom. And AC didn't work one of the nights!

Loud at night, no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out couch.

Aside from occasional train that might bother some people at night, this is a terrific value. Great breakfast, clean, friendly, walking to restaurants and 15 min to airport. Bikes to borrow is also nice add.

The old warehouse vibe with a modern twist was very unique and it was a safe area to be out walking in the evening! really close to bettendorf, just a half mile then across the river to lots of shopping and resturaunts as well as the resturaunts that were within walking distance of the hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the free breakfast was great with a cook to make eggs or pancakes on request. The room was very clean and the downstairs pub was a joy to spend the evenings at. Unfortunately when we went to the pool we were not able to use it due to a clearly used female personal hygiene product floating around in it, this truly grossed us out and ruined the thought of swimming for us.

Very disappointing! As a QC native, I remember all the buzz surrounding this hotel upon it's completion. Decided to chose this as a first-time meet-up destination with a very special gentleman from outside of the area. Upon walking up to the entrance, I was met with dirty windows that looked as though they hadn't been cleaned for a weeks. It was a very hot, muggy summer day, so I was both disheartened and further turned off by the humidity inside the hotel. Up 3 floors to our King-Sized room, I stepped off the elevator and into an even deeper level of humidity. A smell was evident, as was my concern that my date would be arriving within a matter of minutes. Opened the door to the room, and an even funkier smell engulfed me. Tried to call the front desk from the room phone, but a clear issue was preventing that. Annoyed, I walked back down the humid hallway to the elevator. I advised the front desk attendent of my unhappiness while fighting a meltdown, both psychologically and physically, as evidenced by the sweat now running down my back of my girst date carefully curated outfit. Was given a some "air freshener", which was disinfectant in an industrial bottle. Cobtinued to melt as I scrambled back up and through the increasingly irrriating climate, only to discover the spray had zero benefit in masking this embarassing smell. Mr. Hottie is now 2 minutes away and my excitment has now gone to impending doom. Comfortable bed, but pissed by the 1:30am fire evac!!!

Loved the vibe and aesthetic of The Element. As a native Quad Citian it was great to see this awesome reuse of the building. The room was much smaller than I expected but beautiful. We needed the pull out bed and it wasn’t the best. Be ready for hearing live music (totally didn’t mind) and also the train (felt a little different about that!)
But the breakfast was a total surprise - restaurant-quality, fresh and amazing.

Loved our stay. Modern. Clean. Staff was great. There was construction around the area but nothing horrible. Would stay again and would recommend.

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The shower could be a little bigger and the rooms weren't soundproof so more noise came through. Would definitely stay again.

The best part about the whole experience was the made to order free breakfast with fresh ingredients. Excellent food.
Hotel was okay overall until breakfast! That is what made it a great stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay. I loved that it was a repurposed factory turned into hotel. Enjoyed the history of the building and the staff. The breakfasts, the happy hour. Thank you so much. Great stay

I spent three nights there. First night I noticed a nice smell in the room. But toward morning I detect a foul order. It smelled like a wet dog.

My second time back here. Only downside—had to wait for the front desk attendant to appear for 10 minutes and then another 5 minutes shortly after that to fill out some paperwork. I’m normally understanding when staff is short, but waiting around so much caused me to partially miss out on an opportunity.

They have a really cool bar attached to the building.

Love the 12p check out and price. I have stayed here twice. The night time staff is definitely high but nice. The room is mostly clean. Last time our room had dog poop in it. This time there was salt on the floor. Overall clean though. Also had kids stomping in the room above us which was annoying.

Our room was super clean, but on the small side. For what we paid, I felt like I could have taken my business elsewhere for a larger room. Our TV didn't work during our stay, but didn't let them know til check-out. The comped us for that and made it right. The breakfast was good, but the staff walked off and guests weren't allowed to make their own eggs. I thought it was rude when they came back and acted like we were an inconvenience for trying to make our own eggs since we waited over 5 minutes for someone to get there. Overall, could have been worse but could have been better. Kudos to your front desk staff.

Gorgeous hotel! The continental breakfast was the best I've had and we will definitely will be staying here again. The staff were so friendly and the pool was perfect. I think it was salt water so my skin was not super dry and the eyes didn't burn like other hotel pools.

Great location. Super great service. Rooms are clean and quiet. Walking distance to all the stuff in downtown Moline. Will stay again.

One of the best stays for the price I've had in years. Spacious rooms, very clean, polite staff and great breakfast. It was a better visit than some I've had at double/triple the cost per night. Will definitely be using Element again.
