The employees are friendly. Room are clean and big. Resort are relaxed and pools are clean.Nice place to stay in Tagaytay. But the location is a bit far from the lake view point.

Nice property but service sometimes slow. Asked for an extra bath towel and it took over thirty minutes.

The only problem is if you want to go to Manila or other places then you need to drive about an hour or they can arrange a driver. If you want peace and beautiful scenery this is a great choice

Food was so so yet super expensive. Was contacting hotel the day before check in and no answer. Massage was also overpriced at ₱2800 per person. Don't mind paying if it's really worth it but nothing special. Room was huge and clean.

Property was beautiful and well-maintained. Service was extremely slow and inattentive. They charged us for an extra person staying with us for 3 days even though they saw us every day at breakfast, just the 2 of us

Friendly staff, good food and environment

1. Hot water pressure inconsistencies when shower
2. Pillow can be more supportive
3. Bath gel not really suitable for shower, too hard to wash it out.

Anya was great! Very clean, modern rooms, super comfortable and spacious. Great breakfast buffet, great service overall. The one thing I would suggest is to upgrade their spa--it's ok, but could be more of an experience, especially in terms of the spa facilities.

We received a warm welcome from the staff. They’re all efficient as well. The room is neat. Wifi connection is fast. Breakfast buffet has a good variety of choices. The resort is well secured. The only negative comment I must say is that we didn't get a pool view suite as described upon booking.

My family and I had a very peaceful and relaxing 3-day stay at Anya. It's conveniently located relative to Tagaytay and Taal activities but is in a quiet, seemingly secluded area. Nice place. Staff are friendly and efficient. Good food at the three different restaurants.

Despite the inclement weather, which made getting from one area of the resort to another a bit cumbersome, and which brought the temperature of the heated pool down, the resort staff and management did everything within their power to make everyone’s stay enjoyable.

We checked in at 2 and the were lines of people also checking in. They were so disorganised. We were finally able to check in when we came back at almost 5pm. Will not go back here anymore.

I stayed here for two nights as part of my vacation. I am very happy with the five star service and the five star smiles. All the staff were friendly and wonderful. They even helped me get public transportation from the hotel. The whole place is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. My room was very spacious, wonderful, and had all the amenities I needed.
I would definitely consider going back here if I have another chance to stay in Tagaytay

Fantastic place, my 2 kids loves it. My daughter likes the pool. We tried the barbeque dinner beside the pool. I am planning to book again on Dec 30th - Jan 1 if there are rooms available.

1.Took sometime for the Front Desk to process our check-in, despite my earlier request to have our 3 suites to be co-located in the same building. The Resident Manager himself who happened to be around, had to take over from the staff supposedly attending to us.
2. There is no compendium or brochure in each room to serve as guide for guests, particularly on who and where to call directly since the Operator takes a while to answer calls. It’s necessary to have info on restaurants and their menus so as ti give guests a good choice especially when there are children or family members who obviously would want to have their choice of food and drinks.
3. There are no emergency lights around the villas especially on pathways, making it very dangerous for guests to walk outside at night in certain areas. In our case, there were no lights outside Villa #6 (there were electrical problems that night) and it took sometime to restore the lights in that area.
4. On the other hand, the restaurant staff at the Grill were very helpful and accommodating during our dinner outdoors. Problem though is the ‘poor’ lighting in the area, even around where we sat, and we could have enjoyed our dinner more.

Anya Resort is a luxurious place to stay in tagaytay, the suite is impeccable, perfect place to relax. The kids enjoyed swimming in the heated outdoor pool and running in sprawling greens. However, we encountered a minor issue upon checking in--we arrived at 11.30am and the lifestyle specialist told us that due to high occupancy, room is not yet ready. this is totally understandable so we left the resort to eat out however upon returning at the standard check in time of 2pm, we have been informed that the suite is still not ready! we talked to the resort manager who quickly sorted the room availability. Overall, we enjoyed Anya and will come back to this place.
