Pretty good bang for buck! Everything exceed expectations, if I have to critique anything would be the shower... You can see the age there... Other than that it's pretty up to date

The property was nice the staff was great, how ever the room,Was bad, the were bags in the drawer and the shower had hair AND black stuff in it. The sink had tooth paste stuck on it. The beds were terrible the sheets were dirty and had a bad smell. The carpet had trash all over. Please make improvements

It’s a BYOB bring your own blanket because you don’t get one. Also it had large gaps around the door so flies kept coming in. The room was remodeled but still needed some work.

Stayed for 3 nights. The last night I found a cockroach on the room. They never clean up the room in my 3 nights.

There were some hairs on on the floor and toilet in the bathroom, otherwise very clean room. Very spacious. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Pool was drained, bit of false advertising their. Bed was comfortable.

Overall had very good experience at this location, second time staying for business trip. Good breakfast options that were kept filled, room was clean and looked modern. Oil and wind farm workers would make certain areas messy. However, price competitive, quiet and comfortable, would recommend location for future stays.

Overall a great experience, hotel looked modern and up to date. Clean room, and lobby, breakfast was good, hot and filled. All facilities worked and clean. Staff was great in assisting me as I got in super late the morning of and once charged me for the day I actually arrived. Super thankful and honest!!! Highly recommend for staying!

We have been on a long road trip staying at several hotels along the way. This was by far the best place we’ve stayed.

The room had almost everything broke, spring box, coffee maker, no heather working but was repair. No hair drier but I got one at the front desk, people at front desk are very nice .

The property looks fine on the outside, but it feels insecure (there are even signs in the elevator warning you of securing your vehicle). The rooms were dirty and our door did not close completely, it has a about 1/2 inch free space in the top so you could hear the aisle as if you had the door open. The weed smell was intense. I did not like the experience.

Call this place “Pigeon Poop Inn.” When you step out of your car you’ll be walking through pigeon poop. There are a few areas above the front entrance where pigeons roost. Come on, management, hire a specialist to get roosting pigeons off your property. The entrance would be much more inviting. With the pigeon poop exception we liked this hotel. The staff were welcoming, room was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. We will even stay here again … but will be cautious when taking our first step onto the property.

The a/c would alternate between blowing hot and cold when set to heat on a cold december night. The breakfast was pretty weak compared to similiar hotels. The most comfortable pillows of all Big Spring hotels.

This hotel is really bad for all the reviews I found in Expedia. We decided to spend the night here based on reviews. This place is very bad. Rooms are not clean, we got 2 hotel rooms and 1 of it was very dirty and conditions in general were not good. 1st room had marijuana smell even though somoking is nit allowed! Bed sheets were dirty, furnitures dusty, carpets were disgusting, cleanliness didn’t meet expectations at all in this room. We were moved to another one which it was okay, but still not feeling comfortable to sleep or take a shower there. 2nd room was the same except for bed sheets that were “ok”, but bathroom was dirty and needs repairs. Floors sticky. Shower dirty. Areas in the lobby and specially hallways need to be cleaned. Found trash between ice machine and trash can. This hotel needs to get way much better.

Bathroom floor was sticker, put towels on floor to walk on. Hair dryer didn’t work, took it to front desk & was told they would send one after 9:00, we had to leave before 8:00. My wife did what she could with her hair without a hair drier.

The property looks clean as does reception entrance. The interior room still looked new. The shower leaks. The remote control and sensor not synced. The emergency exit is used for exiting the property causing the alarm to go off numerous times.
