Very old, dirty and ungly hotel. Unfriendly staff with bad behaviour. Not speak English. No hot water for shower and no water for the toilet use.. they told me that they have technical problem

The property is excellent for its location close to the main railway station and metro. Though the facilities are somewhat dated the hotel is very good value for its rate.

Lovely located hotel next to station, Kulturpark and Konak. Room was very clean and comfortable. No view but air conditioning made it perfect temperature. Jasemin was super helpful and I would definitely recommend as so close to centre and right next to Metro station. So economic too.

Great option to discover the environments of Izmir city as it's just mext to the train station that will take you to Ephesus, Cesma, etc. Nice breakfast, room was big, however didn't get cleaning service in the 3 days I stayed not sure why...

Amazing staff and very committed to ensuring you are looked after 24/7. It is a place that you use as a base. No views, poor internet and basic. On saying that, the price of a room per night is excellent value and you feel as if you’re in the hub of 🇹🇷. Excellent positioning by the train station and short walk to the high street, harbor and ferries.

Weekend getaway to Izmir. Hotel is ideally located next to train station for easy access, and very good for price. Excellent breakfast included.

Friendly staff. Close to train, Metro, and shuttle bus station. A short walk to the sea and old city. The wifi connection in my room was terrible the entire four days I was there. Also, serving a tourist Nescafe (despite being an included breakfast) is like providing a martyr with 80-year old virgins in paradise.

wifi was very bad, you have to go outside the room in the hall to get good connection, the elevator is very crowded and the color of half the roof had loosened and on the walls it is about to loosen, the room was crowded and difficult to get around the bed the only good thing is cleaning

It is a good location hotel as it is 2 minutes walk to metro station..The housekeeping is very good..But the WiFi was not stable...Big disadvantage...

Big and clean room, comfortable bed (except the blanket). Internet was flaky at best, as seems common in turkey. Decent breakfast buffet. I liked the location, directly in the center. Multiple supermarkets and dozens of restaurants.
