OportoNear is not really near anything. The kitchen was really poorly equipped and therefore useless. The promised airport shuttle didn't arrive. OportoNear needs to up their game considerably. Besides we still have no idea what the ordered "champagne service" entails.

stayed for over a week and did not get a change of towels which did not get dry as there was no room to hang them anywhere beside 2 hooks on the bedroom wall - ventilation noise from outside - outside the window a "courdyard" which is actually the back of houses with laundry, ventilation ducts and old unfinished walls - worst of all was the wet smell from the walls! we didn't even have breakfast in this smelly room. The sofabed was very uncomfortable.

The place itself seems quite good, for example the location and in general the room was comfortable but there were a couple issues that took longer than should to be resolved. The first was the kitchen had two chairs and both were broken! We complained and didn’t get better ones till the end of day 2 in our 3 day stay. The communication was almost nonexistent, like we had to keep asking them before they dealt with it. Also the shower had to be hand held because the holder was broken. These are two critical issues that should not have to be dealt with by the customer!

We absolutely loved our stat at Oporto Near. It is perfectly located to move around Porto by walk. The apartment manager André was super helpful and always available. We will comeback for sure!!! Obligado! :)

This property was disappointing, the neighborhood does not feel safe. While the apartment inside is nice, the shower is dirty and has mildew in the walls and the door.

Andre was excellent getting us checked in quickly and easily. The loft was a great set up with everything we needed. Perfect for my husband, son and I. We were on the ground floor so had a private patio. The apartment was very quiet and close to everything. Great place to stay.

Modern amenities nice natural lighting in the apartment due to three balcony doors. my husband liked that there were lots of plugs for charging devices. Management office is next-door and is responsive and professional.

We stayed at this property for four nights while tourong Porto. It is centrally located. The staff were extremely helpful providing transport from the train station for 5 euros. As well, they provided information on ehat to see and where to eat. Very helpful. This apartment is licated in a safe area. It is within walking distance to stores, cultural sites and the bus station.

Great location, so close to a major supermarket only 2 minutes walk, and 10 minutes from the main shopping strips and restaurants nearby.Andre greeted me at door and he was incredibly friendly, and was very helpful.The apartment is very clean, nice comfortable beds and pillows, big shower, etc.I have nothing bad to say about this apartment hotel, I would give it 5 stars and I would stay here again next time I visit Porto.

Fantastic, couldn’t ask for more, great spot near the metro and supermarket, 10 minute walk to the city centre and bridge. Place was spotless and nice and quiet, would definitely book again.

We arrived and our host was absolutely phenomenal. Andre Ferriera and his team. He went through the city of Porto with is and where to go and what to do during our stay and even to advise where not to go. We also had the opportunity to use the apartment phone to navigate your way around Porto "free of charge". As an added extra, we also wereable to purchase the business book to use the recommendation of the host but also receive discounts in places of interest and restaurants. The Apartment was cosy, clean and easy to get to and navigate to points of interest. We have had no issues with this business and would be the first time I give 10/10.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Oporto Apartments. We were well communicated with from the moment we made this booking. When we arrived we were greeted by a kind colleague of the owner who gave us a lot of great recommendations of places we could go to in Porto. The accommodation was clean, close to public transport/within walking distance of all the notable sites and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. We would highly recommend that others stay here during their time in Porto.

The owner is a very fine, nice and friendly host. But the pictures on Hotels.com don't reflect the current condition of the place. Our unit needed some maintenance (walls, doors and carpet a little dirty). The place clearly lacks a closer attention by the owners. The area is not nice, at least we didn't like it. Too touristic and messy. Empty (abandoned) buildings around and walls on the street covered in graphite (which I really hate). Overall experience was not as expected.

Only €10, but really useful.It was really good to have the sofa bed in the room as well - which was a godsend!All in all, a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it.
