The apartment had everything we needed, well equipped. We not stayed for a night and didn’t use the kitchen much, but were surprised with bread, juices and hams. Nice!

The only thing I like about this place is that it is close to the historic center of the old city of Toledo and also the staff was friendly. The rest we didn't like at all. We were a family of 3 people in a one bedroom apartment with a living room. To begin with, the apartment is not accessible if you have a lot of luggage. You have to carry your bags up three big stone steps and lug everything into the apartment. Parking is close like 5-7 min walk, but there were other problems. Inside the apartment when you enter it smells like a perfume or a very old place, I had to open the windows for that smell to come out. The kitchen smelled like sewer especially when you open the cabinet downstairs where the trash is. The walls were ripped with torn and ugly wallpaper was coming off. The sofa with the bed had a mattress so uncomfortable and thin that my uncle couldn't even sleep on it. He had to sleep on the closed sofa. The towels in the bathroom were old and thin and child size… next time I'm not going to the apartments but to the hotel I don’t recommend the apartments

The apartment was spacious, but some appliances and amenities were outdated. Hotel had no parking nearby. Also their garbage disposing policy was too strict.

This was a nice hotel in Old Town Toledo. It was a bit of a challenge to locate and access, but we had a nice stay here and the staff was super helpful. Once situated, it was a nice stroll to see the old town and it is a goergeous city, with marvelous vistas.

Beautiful flat in a great location. My only complaints are the very strong odor of stringent cleaning products that gave us all wicked headaches, and they charged us extra for the sheets for the pullout couch bed even though I paid for 4 people. They expect all 4 people to sleep in the 2 beds! We were only here for 2 nights so it was ok but the odor never dissipated.
