Very confortable and clean hotel. Professional and pleasant staff always available for help. Great breakfast even starting a little bit before the schedule what is outstanding for who has early tours like i did. I will recomend and keep Hotel Sana as a reference for sure.

Sana is a very nice hotel tucked just above the Old Town in Sarajevo. It has a pleasant modern design that is a welcome juxtaposition to the maze of the market area. What's more, the reception and cleaning staff are attentive and friendly.

Hotel Sana is a lovely property in the heart of Sarajevo. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They even covered the passenger side window when it was left open one night. The breakfast was extensive with many choices. This is an excellent place to stay in central Sarajevo.

Hotel Sana was a perfect location for our stay in Sarajevo. It’s a one minute walk to Old Town. Shopping, dining and sightseeing were steps away. The hotel is beautiful inside and the complimentary breakfast offers a wide variety of items. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful hotel adjacent to Old Town Sarajevo. Rooms are small but they are very nice and clean. There was also a very nice breakfast each morning. The hotel is located on a busy road though and the tram does shake the room a bit but not late at night. I had no problem sleeping (and I’m not a heavy sleeper). I would definitely stay again.

Front desk guy very helpful, basic but quite good breakfast (included). Parking is an adventure but again, the person at reception went as far as halting traffic to let us in. Besides, we fell in love with Sarajevo which always help.

This was a nice and clean hotel. The room was a little small, but worked fine for us. It is located in the heart of old town and we were able to easily walk to the sites we wanted to see. There are many restaurants nearby.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast but starting at 8am is a bit late - also the corridors have an overpowering fragrance (some sort of perfumed air freshener) Windows can be opened fully (a bit of a security risk). No sockets at desk only at random places on the wall and by the bed. Nice thick toilet paper Friendly and helpful staff

A great stay. Location is less than 5 min walk to the old town. Really helpful and friendly staff. Fabulous cooked breakfast choices there was even chicken wings one day good enough for an evening meal. Very comfortable room. Decent size, safe in room and good shower. Very clean. Definitely recommended.

The staff was great. One person gave me the scarf around her neck for 2 days so I could enter mosques! The room was very well appointed, even having robes and slippers, as well as shampoo, lotion, vanity kit, etc. The location right next to the old town was awesome.

Almost everything about this hotel was great - service & staff, cleanliness, location, view from our room and the bed. There were only 2 annoying things in our room - the tv would turn on on its own so it came on one time during the night. The other thing was that the air con was very noisy and we couldn’t turn it off.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean with nice beds and showers, wifi was fast. Location of the hotel was great and a short walking distance to the heart of the city. There was a complimentary breakfast from 8-10 every morning with a wide range of options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

It’s a lovely location next to the old town, the staff was friendly and knowledgable, and breakfast was always good. The hotel was very quiet overall, which was great for sleeping.

Wonderful 4 star hotel, great location, amazing buffet breakfast that even had 2 types of non dairy milk and healthy options. The staff was very nice and helpful, helped us get a taxi for a better price

This is a small super convenient hotel located right in the middle of Old Town. You couldnt get a better location. Breakfast was included and it was plentiful for a small hotel. Management was very accommodating with helping us park our car in their lot. Nice people. No restaurant on premises but only hundreds of restaurants outside our door. We had an excellent meal around the corner at the American Beef and Steak house. It was very atmospheric with old timbers etc. after two weeks in Italy some tender beef kabobs were great

Fabulous boutique hotel in a great location. Loved the architecture and interior design. Breakfast was outstanding!!!! Staff was helpful and friendly. Shuttle to and from the airport was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.

Judging by the traces of letters on the door, I got a converted former massage room. 2x3 meters. Small bed and bedside table. That’s it! Typical setup of a 4-star hotel… Pictures on Expedia relating to this particular booking show a normal hotel room, thus misleading. Otherwise, the hotel is modern, clean and well located. Staff is super nice and helpful.
