One of the best hotels ive stayed at yet. The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. The room and all common areas were immaculate. The breakfast lunch and dinner were all great and the location was perfect for me. I would definitely visit again!

I arrived much earlier than planned, expecting to be able to drop bags off somewhere safe and explore but the helpful staff decided to check me in earlier. Breakfast was good. Bar service was good. Room standard was very high (as ever with a Hilton) The hotel is 30 mins walk from the Square, and the area around the hotel is full of restaurants so there are plenty of options for all.

We only had one night here, but we enjoyed it so much that we wished we would’ve stayed another. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean, there was a nice big balcony but we were facing another building, so we didn’t use it. We have two negative points: 1. The porter did not offer to help with the luggage 2. We arrived at breakfast around 9, and they had almost run out of fruits and some sorts of cheese and these were not re-filled in the hour we sat there.

Nice hotel about 20 minutes walk from the city centre - good choice of restaurants and a handy supermarket nearby. Reception team were very friendly and helpful, as were the staff at breakfast. Our room had accessible layout which wasn’t ideal (shower flooded the floor every time), and we had to have the refrigerator replaced, but we were comfortable otherwise. We would happily stay there again.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn as a family (2 rooms) and were very pleased with the hotel. The rooms are in excellent condition and spacious enough, the hotel staff super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is comprehensive and offers some special local dishes. Location of the hotel is good, however, quite a walk to get to the downdown area by foot.

The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major attractions. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the front desk staff Lori and Adelina, who efficiently checked me in and ensured I had all the information I needed for a comfortable stay. Their professionalism and friendliness set the tone for the entire visit. My room was a sanctuary of comfort and style. The decor was tastefully designed, blending modern aesthetics with classic elements. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the luxurious bedding to the well-appointed bathroom. The room was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff deserves special recognition for their impeccable service. The hotel's amenities were second to none. The hotel is very nice and is well located. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are outstanding, ever member of staff were friendly and acknowledged us everytime, and whilst we didn't need extra help they clearly would have provided it if needed. Would definitely recommend

It’s a wonderful , wonderful place. Great hotel, extremely nice and friendly staff!! Every single individual that works here they are awesome. Specially this girl by name of Lori, she is very nice and kind to all guests. She has been very helpful to me while I was unwell. Everyday at the lobby she was nicely asking me if everything is alright or if I need something. Great stay. I highly recommend to ALL!!

Asked if they could provide a room which is not on the street side(too noisy) they said they can help and then gave me a room on the street side, after I asked again to have the room changed, they said it’s no problem, they gave me a second room after looking on the plan of the hotel, which was still on the street side!

This is an excellent hotel. They have a few things to improve such as making sure they use the correct exchange rate and ensuring they understand the Hilton honors scheme properly but the rooms are good and the breakfast decent.
