Non smoking room smelled like smoke. No hot water at all.

This absolutely the trashiest motel I’ve ever stayed, with even worse customer service!! Who ever the front desk girl is that works the late/maybe overnight shift every Monday evening, has no idea at all about customer service, let alone just basic manners and proper communication. Everytime she’s been insulting, raises her voice, never gets the keys right to the room and gets is very offensive when I respond with frustration at her constant insults and terrible service. I will never stay at that hotel again. I have it a try for a couple of consecutive weeks but I will never step foot in that motel, unless she is fired!

Not so good. When we arrived the key did work the light wouldn’t turn green. We got another key card the light turned green but the door wouldn’t open. The shower flower and toilet were dirty. The headboard on the bed was peeling. Will not stay there again.

The staff was great friendly and helpful just needs upkeep especially outside the landscape and parking lot dirty.but the rooms were good clean the pool is better then 5 star hotel in Yuma just people need to pick up after themselves the pool area dirty ..

Gave me the wrong room. I reserved the family suite but was forced in a room half the size. With horrible ac and outdated furniture and linen. The only reason I don’t give them one star is because the maids were very sweet and they gave me clean towels every single day. Front office staff were not friendly. I needed extra time to check out and they told me I have till 11:30 when I asked to check out at 12:00. It’s the way she said it. “You need to be out by 11:30!” “You can wait for your ride with all your stuff in the office!” And there is no where to sit down in the office.

Good stay if you’re just passing by the city

That's enough don't push it
3.4
Nothiing properly to old firmó chute and toilet was broken down

If you are looking for an overnight place to stay on a budget, this is your place. The AC barely works and the door entry key in some rooms doesn’t work. Some of the staff at the front desk are on the phone rather than attending to customers. Registering online was a waste of time, the room I requested, I did not receive.
3.4
The headboards was terrible, chips everywhere, worried that bugs or spiders will hides in it. Too many farm workers in the area.
3.4
There was no communication at check in if we were not happy with our room. They did not tell use we had only 30 mins to check out with no charge. Fail to inform us there was NO AC and no ETA on when it would be repaired. The room had flies and damaged wall above the bed.
3.4
My "Great Value" place to stay when visiting Yuma. Central AC is not noisy like window AC and plenty cold. Room had a microwave, ref and fresh linen. Pleasant staff.

I had asked the woman working that my air condition wasn't working. She said she would send a maintenance (if he was still around). Never came. She didn't follow up with my request to move rooms either. Shift change came and the woman that was on shift gave me a room key and gave me a new room.

there were cockroaches

I was treated poorly rude girl at the front desk no electric breaker kept tripping. No air conditioner but the office was ice cold

First room (2nd floor)faced the street, room we were given was not yet cleaned, given another room on same floor, still facing the street, VERY NOISY. TV did not work properly, springs on mattress squeaked and mattress sunk into center. Bed was close to wall and floor between bed and wall not clean. Headboard old and torn, bedspread showed serious signs of wear and did not look very clean.
Second room on first floor was a handicapped room, much cleaner and away from main street, so also much quieter!
3.4
Headboards ripped and peeled. Smells likea cigarette ashtray can. My elderly mother and a lady friend helper, we are smelling and breathing some real dangerous toxins. Letting the front desk know shortly.
3.4
There were drug dealers in the back, so I parked my car in the front. A drug user was riding his bike through the property and asked us if he could us our phone. We said no. I reported it to the front office. I was in easy all night.
3.4
Góod deal . Extra courtesy when I needed something. Laundry/vend/ ice altogether.
Coin change in office.
Housekeeping prompt every morning.
Some scratches on headboard; no coffee.
Needs recycling bins especially for the size of property.
3.4
The room door key card mechanism was defective on the first room the assigned me. They called a maintenance worker who showed up with in 10 minutes. I was moved rooms after the mechanism was irreparable. Since I had already unpacked, this was a huge inconvenience since i had a tight schedule. Once i switched rooms i didnt experience any other issues. Its called budget inn for a reason. If you stay here keep in mind things like this are highly likely to happen. On the bright side its 10 minutes away from Downtown Yuma. Theres alot of restaurants and markets walking distance or a 5 minute drive. Not to mention the 8 highway is also about 5 minutes away. If you're looking for something on the cheaper end, this isnt a horrible option. Just stay open minded and flexible!

Bathroom and shower was to small to get into with wheelchair
3.4
The beds are aqueaky and the head boards of the beds are in a very bad condition. The bathrooms are fine.
The night employee was attentive.
The morning employee left the front desk unattended for a while, when she showed up she didn't greet and she just said to leave the key there when I mentioned I needed to check out. Not the best experience.
3.4
the temperature guage needs to be worked on because during the summer it gets very hot and the air condition doesn't work. budget inn is in a good location for restaurants, has sufficient parking, I did not check out the pool. Other than that, everything was fine.

To say that the budgetel hotel is a one-star hotel would be an understatement the budgetel hotel is not a hotel for children to stay at. Upon arriving at the budgetel hotel i could not get into our hotel room the door handle was loose it took me 5 to 10 minutes to realize i was going to need assistance to enter into the room. Upon entering into the room the headboard had rip marks on both headboards on each bed rip marks from the top to the bottom it looks like someone scratched their way up and down left and right. I was locked inside my room i couldn't get out because again the door handle was broken i wasn't able to call the front office to try to get help to get out of the room because the phone was broke and not only was it broke but it was missing the cord to plug in. The refrigerator would not close the rubber around the door was half missing. And the worst part i wish i could write about. Across the street is a super 8 same price and 50 times better never choose the budgetel

Door was very tricky to open and close, vents were filled with dust, roof looked like it was going to fall in, both felt terrible and sick the whole time we stayed at the hotel.

Nice people

The hotel is very old and no upkeep has been done
3.4
very noisy.!

I don't want to complain, but upon my arrival, the key maker was broken. So, they asked the maid to take me to the room. The maid ask me to look at a phone that wasn't there and told me to dial zero to get a hold of the office. I seened roaches in the room afterward.

Property is badly run down
3.4
The hotel was comfortable and clean. Even though it was as a mix of locals and travelers. The hotel has washer and dryers food nearby and a convenience store/gas station nearby.
3.4
I never could get the key to work properly even with an employee's help! Although Yuma is warmer than home, the heat was never enough in the room.
3.4
Old , delapitated, poor service, noisy.
3.4
Check in very smooth. Staff very accommodating. Had trouble with key card and one of the staff came and assisted. When I needed an extra pillow for my husband the check in person immediately found the housekeeping staff and I was given one. They were also very friendly asking about our plans and where we were coming from.
3.4
The room smelled of smoke terrible. It was obviously occupied by a smoker previously and it smelled like an ashtray. Very disappointed with this aspect of the room. If I didn’t arrive in the evening, or if I was staying more than one night, I would not have accepted the room. It stunk badly of smoke, really bad.
3.4
Older outdated hotel. Clean. Small rooms. Towels are thin. Most of washing machines are out of order. One of the front desk gals can be a little snarky when asking for an extra towel.
3.4
Be Advised: This property is not ideal for children or the elderly. It’s ran down, smells like a chain smokers coat and nothing works. The hair dryer didn’t work, the air never worked our entire stay, and the front desk girls stopped sending maintenance even though I requested him. The police knocked on my door looking for someone and I’m sure it’s a quick stop for night life. You couldn’t pay me to sleep there again. The rooms also looks nothing like the photo’s except the bathroom and that shows feels like a MRI machine its so close and snug. However, the ladies in housekeeping are exceptionally kind and sweet. The room was clean and the towels fresh and bright white. The front desk gentleman was very kind and accommodating. The ladies at the desk, not so much of either now were they helpful. The maintenance tech was also kind and helpful. The building is just old, leaky, and smelly. Blame the owners!
3.4
There were so many issues I had. The only thing positive I can really say is the maintenance guy Cody was really nice and the biggest help while I was there on getting me a new room after I was told I couldn't change rooms.
3.4
Very clean and nice

The staff here are so kind and helpful. And we love that the dogs are welcome
