Check in was fuss free.. the operator was fast with their response as well. Location excellent. However can see the wear and tear of this apartment which is a smal Issue for us.

This apartment is close to all the shopping and restaurant in the area. You do have to walk through the back alley to get to the main street. (5 min walk). The apartment is laid out nicely. The only problems we had were it was missing some small/finishing touches. Such as, paper towel (not toilet paper) or towel to use in the kitchen, fix the smell in the bathrooms, inform guest that the plugs are Malaysian only and they should bring the right adaptor also inform the guests where they can take their garbage. The beds were comfortable, lots of hot water and good water pressure while taking a shower. Loved that we did not have to actually deal with a check in person. Easy instructions on how to pick up keys and entry cards to building and apartment. The pool on the 30th floor has a great view of the city. Over all we had a good experience and would consider renting this apartment when back in KL.

I am shocked to find out I have checked into an AirBnB property thru Hotels.com. If this is Hotels.com policy, then I believe it is Hotels.com responsibility to clearly indicate that during booking stage. I received a message on how to collect my room key, which I found unusual, but have not had the time to further investigate before my biz trip. Upon collecting my key and into the room, I realised there were no toiletries - there was a big bottle of shower gel, which I believed was left by previous guest. Being a business travellers, i do not have the available time to run to a supermarket to purchase toiletries. There also no hand towels, no hand soap, no kitchen cloth or even proper crockery (limited range) or cutlery set for an apartment. On my second night, I wanted to take a bath .... I realised the water was yellowish ..... I then tried to fill the tub with the shower head instead, thinking the bath tap may be dirty. The water is still running out yellowish!!! The thought of me brushing my teeth with such water really put me OFF! I CHECKED OUT with three more nights left to go. I can accept those other shortfalls, but to be using yellowish water for my personal hygiene, I cannot tolerate. I do not mind the property being a service apartment or even AirBnB.... but if the room is managed at that level, then it is not acceptable. I would also like Hotels.com to touch base with me in a separate communication channel.
