Small rooms, but decent size bathroom with shower. Room is so narrow that the clearance between the end of the bed and the wall is about 20cm. The TV is mounted at head height on the wall, and so I hit my head on it, three times, whilst moving from the window to the bathroom! Also, the bathroom fan is on. Always. All night. At checkout they said they could turn it off from reception. Maybe put a notice saying so in the bathroom? Finally, didn't get asked how my stay was when I checked out. That's a basic, and costs the hotel nothing. It's nice to be asked.

Property was clean and while I arrived early and my room wasn't ready, they were happy to hold my luggage while I explored the city. The AC in the room didn't get very cold which annoyed me, but it eventually did cool down the room.

Very good hotel overall. Close to Marriott / Hilton quality. Not outdated, in Warsaw city center. Clean rooms, nice bed and TV. Breakfast is great! Each floor has ironing room, water fountain with 3 options ( tap water / spring water / very spring water). In rooms it's a coffee/ tea packets and electric tea pot. No refrigerator, no safe box. Only one thing to make it better is just to add Shampoo and Conditioner option in bathroom instead of shower gel/ shampoo 2-in-1 option.

Stay was average but room was missing several basic amenities like a clock, tissues, fridge, conditioner. It lists laundry facilities but there are none at this hotel, which was a point of me choosing it. Room only had 3 pillows and no blanket. And only 2 thin towels. Shower drains slowly too but good water pressure.

This is my third visit and an extended stay at Ibis Styles Warszawa City, Poland. It is still my best choice, I was disappointed that the room this time was the smallest I ever had. I also had to nudge for the miny-fridge that typically is ready in the room. (for milk and Activia) I do not have to push to receive it. Other than these two, the roomkeep and service are great.

I had the pleasure to book this hotel and pictures looked fine and pricing very attractive and location was super. Based on this I booked the hotel for 3 days stay and I was very satisfied. Extremely friendly staff in reception, restaurant for breakfast and cleaning. Next time I will for sure book this hotel again. Full value for the money.

I stayed here for two nights in October 2022. There's a lot to like about this hotel. Nice spotlessly clean rooms. A great breakfast. Good location. My stay, however, was ruined the noise on the 3rd floor. The first night, another guest and I noticed a loud thumping coming from somewhere in the middle of the floor around 9.30pm at night. It was like a herd of elephants charging through the area and could be heard across the whole floor. We complained to reception and they said they would invesitage. The noise stopped shortly afterwards so I assumed it had been some mechanical problem that had been fixed. On the last morning of my stay - a Sunday - I was hoping to have a nice lie in only to be awoken by the loud thumping again at 7.30am. I rang reception to complain. This time the receptionist was completely unsympathetic, said that it was coming from the running machine in the gym and that I should just wait for it to stop. I went to the Fitness Room myself to see if that was indeed the source of the noise. It was and I had ask the guest to stop running. To give a sense of how loud the noise was, my room was in the middle of the floor and the fitness room was at one end. The guest who had also complained the first night was even further away from the fitness room than I was! When I checked out I complained again. The receptionist seemed to be fully aware of the problem and suggested that I should have been moved rooms but this was never offered to me. It should have been o

Fantastic new hotel. Had a great, spacious, quiet room. Excellent bed and shower. Excellent WiFi. I did miss a safe, a fridge and some bath amenities that you usually get. Breakfast was served to the room (corona), and was fine. The service was impeccable and very friendly. Would certainly stay again there. Recommended!

I had originally booked this hotel from March 31st to April 7th of this year. However, because of the pandemic COVID-19, I was unable to even fly out to Europe from Canada because of the travel bans instilled, thus I never had a chance to stay at this hotel. My rating is based on the fact that I was still charged the full amount to stay at a hotel I never stayed at. Expedia presumptively called this hotel and even though there’s a pandemic going on, the hotel refused to give us a refund, basically keeping the money even though we didn’t have a chance to stay at their facility or use any of their services. That’s ridiculous and honestly, horrible customer service that they’re not understanding or empathetic of the current situation. Other hotels (even the strict cancellation ones) are even waiving those rules because of what’s going on in the world, so I don’t understand their decision. I’m sorry, but I would not book this hotel again or recommend to friends and family if this is how their customer service is.
