The Staff In There Really Know Their Stuff, Came Down had a drink while talking to One Of the People In The Hotel. Also Talking To The City Host and Was Shocked At The Amount Of Knowledge He Gave About What’s Good For Food, Drinks, Themed Bars Ect. I Was Very Much impressed.
My Friends Want To Go Over There Hopefully Next Year, So I Know Where We’re Staying, The City Hub Hotels Really Do Deliver. Would Love One In The UK

First time trying this out and actually really enjoyed it! I loved having my own private hub- while sharing a bathroom isn’t my favorite. The bathroom was always kept clean , which is a major plus! I’d def try it again!

Japanese style sleeping pod urban hotel. Super clean, super organized, hip style, and helpful staff. Loved it and would definitely return.

What I love about the hotel, is that it's juvenile and modern, it's well kept, cool mood but also relaxing, the rooms are great but the shower rooms where awesome. It had relaxing music and a really cool spa vibe.
Overall I would definitely recommend the stay, the price is also great, moat locations are twice the prise.
Love the place.

The place is nice, the team was friendly. The capsule a bit to small for the price that we paid.

Great staff, very cool and fun concept!!

Legit the COOLEST hostel I've ever stayed in! I usually no longer stay in hostels because imtnot a fan of listening to other people snore, but the pods seemed interesting so I thought I'd try it and I'm so glad I did!
Despite being top and bottom bunks, you could not hear a THING at night! I slept great.
There are also plenty of plugs for all your devices and you can even connect your Spotify and play with the LED lights if you want.
Location is perfect!

Very modern and high tech

Easy and great check-in where you can choose what type of light you want to be greeted with in you your hub (colour and mood) and then you can change this in their app as you please.
I loved it here. It's so pleasant. Both the hubs and the general atmosphere. You're allowed to bring in food from elsewhere and eat in the lounge, for example. They really want you to feel 100% comfortable and at home here.
Oh and I loved having showers to soft music, using lovely Rituals Mehr products (smells divine)...
Definitely recommend!

Private rooms and clean facilities in the heart of a bustling dining area. Would recommend.

It’s very convenient if you want a short stay. The room is tiny but comfortable, checking in is also very easy

Absolutely amazing! What a great mix of hotel & hostel. Gives you separate space, but allows you spaces to talk to other people.

The hospitality was nice.

Was expecting a hotel; it clearly is not. That is my fault. Tiny 'Japanese style' quarters and a walk to the toilet facilities. However, it was quiet, clean and close to various amenities. Disliked over reliance on technology, but that might be because of my age. If you want a basic base, then you could do worse. Staff were generally helpful and cheerful.

It wasn't clearly explained that the rooms are tiny and do not have a bathroom. In fact, only one shower on the lower floor and toilets in the corridor. The price is way too high for a glorified youth hostel type hotel...
To pay 180€ for a room with no bathroom, no desk, very low ceiling is unacceptable.

Room too congested for the price paid.

Great overall experience! A must go place to stay when visiting Rotterdam. Great value, really comfortable and practical! The room is very intimate and cozy, the bar is always open and it's self service, and the showers are great, equipped with everything you need. Definitely will come back or visit another hub in another city.

Check in is at 3pm which is pretty late compared with other hotels and hostels. Everything was self service here and everything was easy to use which was nice such as making your own coffee and tea, however, there was a fee for each product and the only free things included were the products in the bathroom such as towels, soap etc.
For the price of staying here (we paid €68 and booked over 2 months in advance) it was not worth it. At least a free cup of coffee in the morning would have been nice. The hangout area is quite small but it does have a nice atmosphere.
The location you cant fault. There are many bars and restaurants nearby and it was close to the train station. The comfort of the capsules was nice and it was extremely clean. Would come back if the price was lower.

This is a great spot for several reasons: Lively location for Rotterdam. Easily accessible for day trips to Amsterdam and Brussels with a lower price point than hotels in either of those two major tourist destinations. (Rotterdam is right in between. :-)
If you need a lot of space to yourself, this capsule hotel may not be for you. But if you're planning on spending most of your visit outside of your hotel room, then check out City Hub. Their staff is very nice and the in-house coffee, tea and booze bar is inexpensive relative to the area.
There's also a Netherlands-style "Coffee Shop" directly across the street. Note: They don't serve coffee.

Honestly was a great stay, was a change from a normal hotel. But everything was simple, and made some friends from different countries. Which was really nice

A capsule hotel – great location & great vibe!

Innovative property. Pods had very comfortable beds. You are given a choice of a lower bunk or upper bunk when you check in. Getting out of lower bunk can be a bit of a challenge for older guests. Bed was very comfortable. Even though it's on a popular street, it is very quiet.

Football match. Booked the hotel without realising it was a capsule style hotel. Staff were really understanding about showing the facilities. I was able to navigate the steps up and down but it wasa little tricky.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff were extremely helpful. I did have one unfortunate experience though just after arriving. Having found my room I then looked for the nearest communal bathroom and was delighted to find the sign for it in an alcove just a few feet from my door. So I moved forward not realising there was a step in front of me. I landed in the bathroom a bit quicker than intended as my head crashed against the door when I fell and thankfully it opened. My hip is still quite sore but my main concern was the side of my head which also made contact with the tiled floor. It seems to be ok though. Perhaps it would be a good idea if the areas outside the bathrooms were lit up 24 hours a day as there is not much natural lighting that reaches these areas.

The perfect budget accommodation for a solo traveler or even couples! Located on a trendy street and close proximity to Rotterdam Central station. Staff were all eager to assist and were super knowledgeable about the city and gave great recommendations

Very good location. Comfortable and convenient. Good price quality. The hubs are relatively big. I have been here a few times and always had a good experience. The shared toilets and showers are clean.

Cityhub is set up like a capsule hostel. Your room is private for only you. So you can either pick a top "room" or a bottom "room," if they have any available at your time of check-in. The room is big. About a queen-size bed. Bluetooth speakers, a built-in USB charger, a mirror, and an opened "closet."
The bed is so comfortable that I really want to change out my mattress back at home. Both side of the bed has LED lights that you can change with the City Hub app. Very easy to set the mood.
The lobby is another story. It's all self-service which is quite nice. You are provided a wristband during check-in. This also keeps track of what you get from the drink machines (wine, soda, beer, coffee), a snack machine, and a fridge full of prepared meals. Don't confuse this with the pink fridge where you can store your leftover meals.
The host is very friendly and helpful with recommendations. If you have questions, you can chat with them in person or through the app.
If you're out past 8 pm, you will need to scan your wristband to open the main door. I guess to keep the party folks from spilling in.
Food options, if you fancy something more. There are plenty of restaurants when you walk out the door. Like a gazillion of them. Yes, I said gazillion. I read the FAQs. lol.
The train station is about a 5-7 min walk.
One downside, if you're not taking the elevator is the stair. The steps are a bit narrow side.
I would definitely add Cityhub to the list.
