Great location on the edge of Chinatown, just a few blocks from Boston Common. Our studio was clean and comfortable (with the exception of the sofa). My one complaint is that the coffee packs they gave us could not be used in the Keurig that was in our unit.

Good clean and spacious. Well appointed apartment.
Only negative was lack of qater pressure

Our stay was so so. Very clean but no water pressure whatsoever. This made for unpleasant showers. Also, there were not enough towels. Lastly, the outlets need attending to. It was to hard to plug in phones and other electronics.

They request copie of passeport and credit card before arrival. Never seen that before

This was an amazing location to stay in. Quick walk to Boston Commons, central to get to lots of things. The apartment was very clean, beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had just about everything you would need if you wanted to eat in the apartment or cook a meal. Would highly recommend staying at this spot especially if you are a family and looking for more than a single hotel room.

Had a great weekend

The clothes washer was broken and couldn’t be fixed during our 4 day stay. Both blinds are also broken so they stay down the whole time…microwave broken above the range so a smaller microwave sits on the limited counter space, toilet paper roll holder also broken.

My family and I were visiting from Bermuda and we felt very safe on the premises as well as walking around. We didn’t have to catch a taxi to go where we wanted to go. The staff were cordial and always assisted when needed.
One recommendation is to give clean towels on a daily basis. I’ve already recommended this to family and friends, I definetly would return.

The sofa bed was not working properly so we had to put the mattress on the floor and slept on the floor for two days.

Great place for extended business travel or vacation for that matter. Newly renovated rooms and walkable to everything and subway.

Very nicely appointed and quiet apt in a modern building. It isnt a standard hotel, so adjust expectations accordingly. A 24 hr security person is present at all times at front desk but checking in can be a bit iffy - you need a fob to enter the front door to pick up the key and fob, and there didnt seem to be a buzzer to get the security person's attention. I was able to get his attention by waving through the double doors.

This is by far the worst stay in a apartment/ hotel/ condo that we have ever had.
There was under street construction at the stoplight just at the intersection beside the property every night starting around 9 or 10pm lasting until about 4 am from August 27-30th in 2024. It sounded like jackhammers and kept us awake or severely limited our sleep for the entire duration of the stay.
We were only given 2 bath towels for 3 people for a 3 night stay. I repeatedly asked the supposed concierge for towels and was told there were no extras. Only after I responded to an expedia email and gave a red frustrated face did someone appear at the door with 1 towel.
The kuerig was broken.
The mattress was terrible.
Allowing someone to rent a property with this noise level should be illegal.
I want a refund.
This was a college move in and we flew from quite a distance away. If we hadn’t been so crunched for time I would have called Global Suites and demanded a refund. I didn’t want to ruin the atmosphere of this otherwise momentous occasion.
Shame on you Global Suites for allowing this rental and shame on you Expedia for not examining your properties.
We have traveled and stayed in hotels around the country and overseas. I have stayed in Hampton Inns that were better than this. This is no Marriott, not even close.

It worked out well for our family. Easily walkable to many T stops & Boston sites. Took full advantage of the kitchen being able to make multiple meals & not have to go out all the time. Would stay again.

The location is good to walk around the city and also is close to Boston Common/ Public garden.

The building was beautiful and the apartment was perfect. The concierge woman was very helpful and kind. She had many great recommendations for the surrounding area and was always willing to assist with any questions I had.

Great place to stay in Boston. Walkable to everything including the subway.

1st off,the frig didnt work & was reported to customer service whi did absolutely NOTHING to correct the problem!!! 2ndly the bed mattresses are terribly uncomfortable!!3rd the building is ran from i guess another state because there is no management on site, they just have security at the front door to hand you your keys & collect them when you leave .this property cost to much money to not have management on site to handle major issues like a broken frig.when you've bought groceries for a 5 day stay,i do not advise anybody to stay here because the owner of this place does not care about you, there only there to make a dollar, rent at your own risk.

Luxury suites these are not. Amenities were basic, if they worked at all e.g. fridge & toaster didn't work. And, communication was appalling around issues. Plus major roadworks were going on overnight each night of our stay (and likely to go on for next 5 months). No sound-proofing from the street. Rubbish.

This is not hotel. No cleaning, no housekeeping, we throw the trash, no toilet paper....

apartment is nice but only for two people. the sofa bed is not for humans. It ruined our nights. So do not book it for more than two people.

It was right outside of Chinatown, but a close enough location for walking. We walked all over town for 3 days!

Bedroom door was missing, offering no privacy. Otherwise very convenient and clean place to stay. Rather expensive.

Just stayed one night but worked great for our visit to Boston. Centrally located and a walk to Boston Common, restaurants, and generally a good stay.
6.0 / 10.0
We booked the one bedroom for three people, the area was great and the property had everything we needed for a short city break, I would go back again.
On the down side the sofa bed was completely unusable, if it is for one person just sleep on the sofa without folding it out, it was comfortable enough, forget about the sofa bed for two people and look at the two bedroom option. If you want to use the washing machine you need to bring your own detergent as there was none supplied, there were not many towels, so we did need to use it a few times.
There was Wi-Fi which you come to expect, it was usable but not great.

There were two issues. One was a yellow stain in the sofa bed cover and the other was a dog crap in the elevator.

Units are new and very clean. Great alternative to the small hotel rooms elsewhere annd competitively priced. Appreciate the extra space during weekly business travel to Boston. A+

This property is located in Boston's Chinatown; it is not exactly quiet; there's always a lot going on the street. We didn't see a grocery nearby (and did Instacart instead), but there was a CVS just a block away. Lots of places to eat night and day, two blocks away from the Boston Commons. We could have done with more clothes hangers (but were told that's all there was) and a reliable coffee maker (worked only sometimes), but the property is great.

Overall it was ok but it could be better. It was a lot of dust under the tv table and on the washer/dryer area. The lobby and the elevator smell not good. But the A/C was working good and the location was very convenient.

Fantastic apartment in Boston. Very clean, comfy and enjoyable. The apartment was perfect for three of us and in a great, walkable location. It was very safe!

It is a nice aparment and good location. The only bad point is that the mattres of the main bed is very soft and noisy.
6.0 / 10.0
The property was generally fine, but the entire elevator system being down for nearly the entire stay was a big problem when our apartment was on the top floor. I recognize these things sometimes happen, but 4 days out of 5 the elevators were down. Additionally, there was a ton of noisy construction all night which was less than ideal.

Didn’t realize that this wasn’t a hotel. Check-in process is complicated and very time consuming. They request too much personal information and that shouldn’t be necessary. No parking on site but garage is close by. Very limited dining options in the area, although more is available some 15 min walking distance. Apartment is very nicely done and clean but kind of expensive. I liked having 2 bathrooms and separate 2 bedrooms. Extra towels and linens available.

So luved this place!!! Fantastic amenities & so much better than a hotel. Private, quiet and well serviced & maintained - so looking forward to coming back to Boston to stay here again!!!
