The place is used for large groups. They won't allow check on until 15:00, but sure as heck let wild, noisy people and kids run the hallways at 1 and 2 in the morning.

This Stay at this hotel. Pros: parking, good location. Some nice & helpful staff. 24 hour desk. Cons: we stayed here 2 months ago & were put in the same room. We had told them the first time that half of the lights in the room didn’t work. Back 2 months later - same lights still broken. After we asked again, it took 5 conversations until it was fixed. Some staff are downright rude. They need some training in customer service.

Very clean hotel with easy access to the airport. Also close to a subway station which was great. I definitely recommend this place if you want somewhere quite away from the hustle of the city centre.

Great hotel for a stay not far from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. We didn't purchase the breakfast option which is 30 GEL per person.

We stayed here for one night before an early flight - it was the closest nice hotel to the airport (15 minute drive) and I’d recommend it for that, or if you’re in the area for a specific reason. (Not for sightseeing in Tbilisi as it’s far from the heart of downtown.) The WiFi was fast enough to work remotely and do a video call, and the staff spoke English and were helpful, especially the driver who took us to the airport (at 3:30am! 35 lari.) The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The only issue was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom, but this happened at another stay in Tbilisi too, maybe is not their fault.

Also, to Iva for granting my request for late check out. The staff in the restaurant are also friendly. The breakfast menu is the same everyday, though, thus, after 4 days of staying, I feel like not eating breakfast anymore. Overall, the experience was great.

Not too many varieties but I'd assume it's because of the pandemic. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Kudos to George at the reception. I'd highly recommend for short stays in a budget hotel.

The parquet in the room is bloated. When you walk, you feel the boards move some. The hair from the previous visitor is not removed. Cleaning is bad. And when you go to the shower and see a cockroach on the floor, it 's a terrible feeling. I do not recommend this place. About service At the restaurant and bar - I don 't say anything at all. Awfully.
