The beach is very beautiful and most of the time we were almost alone.
Very small rooms. The service and the restaurant aren’t that great. The last night they served me Tofu that had gone bad.
It was very very very difficult to check out and they tried to charge us twice.

everything. very clean. very good staff. very good food and drink. have the Asian breakfast. the rice soup is excellent.
not the property, but some rentals nearby could be loud late at night. I went and asked them politely to turn it down and they did immediately.

Where to start? It was all so great! The location (quiet northern part of the island), the views, the food, the staff, the room itself, the service, the immaculate attention to detail in everything.
The garden, beach and grounds were maintained daily, and that alone made the stay such a joy.
The chef in the kitchen understands flavors and knows how to cook everything to perfection (from the pancakes in the morning til the more complex Thai dishes at night).
Little things that made the stay perfect were the staffs’ ability to anticipate our needs, and the little complimentary snacks the staff would bring in the afternoon while we were chilling in the garden or on the beach.
We can’t wait to return here one day soon!
Genuinely, there is nothing we didn’t like at the Little Sunshine Resort.
if I have to mention one negative thing, it is that we had to depart again at some point.

The location is a very short ride from the ferry port. We had a deluxe double room with a balcony and it was beautiful. Lovely, comfortable bed, ample storage, tv, fridge, black out blinds, lovely bathroom. Aircon and ceiling fan. Balcony had a clother airer and also furniture to sit out and watch the beautiful sunsets.
There were 2 pools we could use, one smaller which never had anyone else in it and huge one that was owned by another next-door resort, but we never used that. You don't need to when you have such a beautiful beach and clear sea in front of you.
The hotel supplies sun loungers on the lawn area and deckchairs on the beach. The staff are super friendly and often brought out free drinks and snacks in the afternoons. It's a very personal service.
We had breakfast included and sometimes had lunch and dinner, all of which were good.
The hotel supplies free kayaks and paddleboards.
Koh Chang itself is beautiful. We visited lovely beaches (e.g. White Sands and Lonely), saw monkeys and elephants and people are incredibly friendly. I also went snorkeling to the National Park, which was just incredible. I've been fortunate enough to go to the Maldives a few times, but have never seen coral as alive and beautiful as I saw off Koh Chang. Definitely return
The one thing the hotel staff could do a little better - provide information about the facilities on offer and also about the island, trips etc.
As the hotel is a little way from the main tourist areas of Koh Chang (White Sands Beach etc), you have to take taxis which are very expensive, or we ended up hiring a scooter which was so much cheaper, but then you have to have your wits about you. It's an extremely hilly journey west out of the hotel to get to the more tourist areas and not for the faint hearted. The hotel helped us arrange the scooter hire.

It is a bit remote and you need to drive, if you want to go to a different restaurant or shop. But that is why you got the beach pretty much to your self. The food is great and everyone is very friendly. We loved it.

Little sunshine beach resort gives a very warm family feeling. The team is super lovely, accommodating to individual wishes and always there to support. We can’t thank them enough for making our stay an amazing experience. We loved our ocean view room and especially the amazing beach (the best one we’ve seen on the island), settled in a nice bay. We‘re coming back;)

We had a wonderful stay at Little Sunshine. This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for peace, quiet, and relaxation. It was very easy to enjoy much of the beach to ourselves. Everything we needed to unwind for the week was right there - the beach, a pool, and a restaurant (including cocktails). Though we did not pursue this, motorbike and kayak rental were available. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

Nicely decorated & clean room with all necessary amenities, friendly staff, beautiful view and nice location right on the beach. Basic but good breakfast, you can order one of 4 options from the menu.
It was difficult to find in the dark, it's a small resort inside a huge villa area so easy to miss. The villas next door can be rented individually which means no quiet dinner by the sea but loud annoying Thai music if you're unlucky and a group of friends is partying till late. The room was small and upstairs, so we had to carry our luggage and baby stuff up and down high narrow stairs. The guests in the room downstairs left their trash and stuff on the grass in front of the villa, it felt like we were moving into the top floor some other (messy) family's house.

beachfront
clean and comfortable bedroom
staff always attended to your needs
brewed coffee was superb
staircase leading to room no.3 needs to be updated because some of the wooden steps is nearly damaged
door lock for room no.3 needs to be replaced because it takes about a minute or two before it gets locked and unlocked

We had a fantastic stay at Little Sunshine. Beautiful location with a very chilled out vibe. Delicious included breakfasts and an excellent good value menu at the gorgeous beach front restaurant. Incredibly kind, friendly and generous staff who bent over backwards to assist us with transportation to and from, and everything in between. The manager is an absolute legend who even offered to and then drove us to the local shops to get supplies! Rooms very comfortable with great showers and stunning views from the balcony. They also have a cute resident cat. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you want absolute relaxation on a lovely beach away from the crowds, this is for you.
Nothing, everything was excellent.

It's peak 3rd wave of the pandemic so I was the only guest and it was wonderful. The staff are hard working, accommodating, attentive and lovely. It is not full service but close enough given the discounted price. Comfy bed, nice shower, amazing view. Food at the restaurant was average at best but I didn't care all things considered. It's a prime spot and a small slice of paradise. Can't wait to go back. The view is the best!
Food, drinks. It's a slightly isolated location if you want to do things other than sunbathe, eat, drink and relax. Pre-C I imagine there were more options.

Beautiful little boutique hotel at a long secluded beach. This is the perfect place for a family beach getaway. The restaurant is excellent! Staff is very nice and we even had complimentary snacks and smoothies for tea.

We had 6 nights in beachfront Villa 1, it was absolutely peace and tranquility. Staff were really nice, Manager was extremely helpful and spoiled us during our stay. Romantic place and the Manager was very helpful on setting up our Anniversary dinner....great day and night
Sunsets right in front, facilities and grounds in great shape, so easy to just stay and lounge there in Paradise
Private Pool, boutique small resort
Nothing to do with the resort, beach is really not a swimming beach, (shallow) would be great for young children, but is still a beautiful beach and good location to be away from the bustling scenes
