Firstly, I would like to commend your establishment on its excellent cleanliness, convenient location, and overall comfort. I am a frequent traveler to Japan and have had several enjoyable stays across various hotels in the country, including through the same booking platform I used for my reservation at hotel.com Each time, I have been deeply impressed by the courteous and professional service typical of Japanese hospitality. However, during my recent check-in at your hotel, I do not recall being informed of the 10:00 a.m. check-out time, and as most hotels in Japan have an 11:00 a.m. check-out policy, I was under the impression that I had more time to prepare. At around 10:10 a.m., I received a call from a staff member who informed me, in a rather impolite manner, that I was already late for check-out and would be charged a 1000 Yen penalty. Although I explained that I was unaware of the 10:00 a.m. requirement, I felt that the staff member did not believe me and insisted that I come down to pay the fee. I have no issue with adhering to check-out times and paying any necessary fees when rules are clearly communicated. However, I felt that the interaction was handled in a way that did not reflect the warm hospitality I have come to expect in Japan. Despite paying the fee, I left with a sense of dissatisfaction regarding how the situation was managed.

The beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Loved the snack and free tea and coffee available each day. Location was great! Walkable to many places we wanted to experience. The public bath was so nice at the end of the day … so relaxing. Definitely would stay again!

Really close by to shinsaibashi where we spent a lot of our time so it was really convenient. However didnt like the smoke aroma left in the room but it was also my mistake for getting a smoking room.

Overall is good, such as the good location, staff kindness and the cleanliness of the hotel. Only the socket under the sink and the refrigerator were not working properly. Especially the not cool enough refrigerator, can’t put anything inside it.

Good choice if you want to be in Shinsaibashi Osaka. It’s just far enough from Dotonburi so it’s quiet and not scuzzy. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Some staff better than others. Clean. Small rooms. Nice onsen which is a big plus.

Was very close to shopping, transport, was a little on the small side and only had local TV stations. Netflix, disney etc apps would of been great especially when traveling with small children. Would of been great if there was tea and coffee in the room, as had a jug put that was all.

The hotel is nestled in a quiet alley. There’s an Australian themed pub across the street and what appeared to be a nightclub as well but neither posed any kind of threat or nuisance. It’s about a ten-fifteen minute walk to dontonbori and to some more shops to its north. Great spot. Great amenities and comfy bed. I didn’t like the plugs were next to the headboard rather than say on the desk but nonetheless we made it work and it was a great stay.

We had two queen bed rooms. The rooms are good size. The rooms are very clean. The location is excellent! 2 blocks to the most busy shopping area yet the hotel is nice and quiet! The staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful! The spa is great! The afternoon bread and coffee/tea is very sweet.

We love this hotel it’s very nearby the popular street at dotonburi and also very near the train station. Direction was easy ..road was decent to pull my luggage to hotel to and fro. Hotel was actually quite small that I and my husband unable to open our luggage properly. Room was super clean esp the toilet. Our room toilet bowl don’t have a warmer seat but Overall it was a very good experience staying in this hotel! Would love to come back again 😊

They have a nice reasonable breakfast buffet if you opt to pay for it each day with your room. Even if you don't pay for the breakfast buffet, they have complimentary water, tea and coffee at their lounge which was nice. The hotel provides an onsen on the 13th floor for woman and one for men. The hotel was very modern and clean.
