The hotel was nice and quiet. Room was spacious and well furnished. Naya at the reception was very nice and helpful and always deals with a smile. The only issue we had it during our stay was shortage of supplies so we had 3 days with no soap bar, in Marriott can you believe it! When we asked we got informed that they ran out of supplies and they are on order. Parking fees was surprsing for me as the location of the hotel is not that busy to get the guests to be charged to park their vahicles.

In general, we had a great stay but the thermostat only had two settings: too hot and too cold! The area around the property is seedy and run down. I've traveled extensively but never before seen a street sign warning me that I'm in a "high prostitution activity area"!

Technical issues with doors, we could not get a key to our room for our entire stay. Making it inconvenient to go in and out of our room . We did not get a dos point for this inconvenience. Paid extra for balcony to fin out it is only 12 inches wide and you can barely stand on it. Unable to see lake.

It was July and the AC in the room was not working. The room temp was 85 degrees!!! I checked in at 7 and at 8 pm it will still 85 degrees. It fluctuated better 85-87 degrees in the room. I called front desk and the hotel engineer left for the day and was told all rooms are sold out so couldn’t move us to another room. A fan was provided and it was no help. Still 85 degrees. Just hotel air recycling.

View of the lake from my room is amazing, it was beyond excellent. The front desk staff, Jerome and the other lady(morning shift) were very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like about this place is the breakfast, tqhere wasn’t a lot of food choices. Also, the coffee & creamer at the lobby were empty which kinda surprised me. I thought that was a given standard to hotels.

Nice place with friendly staff. Very cordial and helpful. The only thing I did t like is that they’re charging a separate fee for parking when it should already be included in the very expensive rate that is being paid for the rooms per night. Felt like I was being shaken down.

Nice, newer property. Unfortunately due to some heavy rain before we got there, the ground floor, which we were on got flooded. So during our entire stay, the hallways on our floor had fans and dehumidifiers running 24/7.

I did not like that in the king 1 bdrm suite there is no separation between sofabed/kitchen area and king bed. 2 people traveling together needs privacy. No opportunity for changing clothes, snoring without disturbing other person and having personal phone calls. A sliding door or actual wall with a door is a much better option that openess. I am/was disappointed about the parking fee of $16.00 charge when there is ample parking available.

Amazing clean Hotel. Very nice facilities. Great views of Angle Lake. We upgraded so could see it. Comfortable beds and spacious living room area with s nice desk. Kitchen a full refrigerator. Cooktop dishes silverware. The shower has a shelf for shaving your legs. The Only request would be having movies (not adult) available.

Staff were friendly and accommodating!!! Room was clean and I loved that it came with a fully stocked kitchen (i.e. silverware, pots and pans, dinnerware, hot plate, regular sized refrigerator). It was surprisingly quiet being so close to the airport. The location was great being close to shopping centers and stores. Would definitely choose again.
