I have been charged twice for this. Not only was there problems even booking wotif had the wrong date and then was trying to tell me it was my fault) I then only had 1 room not 2. Money had been taken from my account and then I still had to pay again when I got there. Very bad business.

It has some hammocks to relax in.

Dolphins Beach House is excellent value for money. I stayed in a Double Room with ensuite with air con and TV. Access to a kitchen downstairs. The beach was only a 5 minute walk past a variety of cafes and boutique shops. Its in a lovely neighbourhood too. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very cute hostel. Split into little houses it's very sweet and very clean! There's washing lines as well so can save money drying your clothes! Also about 5 minute walk from the beach!

Overall this place is okay. The staff was helpful and the setup of the place is good. However, its quite plain in comparison to other hostels. There are no extras like a bar, pool etc. Also, the bathrooms were just okay - could have used a handtowel or something to dry your hands and some hand soap. Its a cool looking place and it serves its purpose.

It said check in anytime in a large time frame on the website, we arrived at about 130pm and the sign on the door said back at 2. One other couple arrived shortly after us. All of us waited outside and the person manning the station got off the couch near us where he was watching netflix to open it at 145pm. We went down after getting set up to ask a couple questions at 215pm and the same sign was out and the door closed. A woman needed to finish her smoke and finish chatting with her friends. Later that night we were trying to get to sleep at about 930 or 10pm and our room must have been located near the washing machines since the wall behind our bed was vibrating since they were still running. This made getting to sleep difficult. When we got around 730am, the washers were going again, so there isnt much for a quiet time for those if youre near them. We also found a banana chilling in one of our drawers getting brown. The room was designated as a no food zone, and proves whoever cleans after doesnt check everything, the rest of the space seemed otherwise visually clean. Our stay wasnt terrible, but definitely wasnt what we were expecting. We just wanted wifi (hit and miss in our room, good in common areas), an easy check in/out, and a quiet clean room and we didnt get that.

Quiet hostel. Office staff very helpful. Shuttle bus is great but it’s a bit far away from Noosa junction if you have no car. Hostel is in a lovely setting but is a bit tired and dated.

Sunshine Beach is the best place on the north coast to relax. The area has everything. Dolphins is great.

Lovely social area with hammocks and sofas. Laundry is a little annoying as you can't use the handing lines or machines between 8am and 12pm.

Booked on expedia knew it was cheap and basic did not realise a backpackers. No reception staff after 6pm. Arrived key left out place so dark had trouble locating room. No towels apparently you can hire but as office closed had no towels , no soap. The mattress protector was blood stained.
