About what you’d expect of a 60 dollar hotel. Clean enough for the price. I’d prob stay elsewhere next time

The room smelled like stale cigarettes and the furniture was covered with thick dust. Very dirty. The gentleman at the office was nice but could barley speak English. It was quiet and close to major shopping center. Would not stay again.

Made this my base to begin my cross country hike. Manager was friendly and on top of things. I would recommend this place.

We didn't stay, the room smelled like mildew and smoke... there were chips on the floor unkn9wn sentiment in the tub and the bed wasn't made... got a room down the street at the Comfort Inn

Cheap hotel for the night after a long day of travel. Beds were clean.

It smelled like urine. The room was dirty, brd unmade and it appeared that someone was already staying in the room. I did not stay there! I went next door to a different motel, The Sundowner motel. There rooms and service is 00 better! I recommend deleting the paintbrush motel from your website.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was not represented this way on Expedia. Very scary place to stay.

Really good for price

Great for a cheap stay if all your looking for is a bed to sleep in as your passing through.

I actually stayed 2 nights and thought the price was reasonable and quality of rooms was great. Unfortunately i would learn that not all rooms were equal because my family member also stayed in a room and their room was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was stained so much that we did not dare take off shoes and the walls were dirty and the room reeked of a foul smell. The parking lot was unsafe and my family member was actually intimidated by another guest. The hotel did very little to resolve the issue and my family member cancelled and left but was still charged even though they felt unsafe. Part of the issue could be that the front desk speaks very little English but then it could simply be that they do not take the safety of their guest very seriously and instead care only about profits. I would not recommend this place because of its dirty rooms and lack of concern when it comes to keeping guest safe.

We stayed two nights and dined at the Mt. Everest restaurant three times! A truly pleasant surprise. Highly recommended for comfortable accommodations, kind and helpful staff, and excellent food.

A place to sleep and shower

What I like this motel has a family room where we need 3 beds which is available. Although there are some areas need improvements like fixing the lamp light. Should have more light in the room. The toilet needs upgraded. They should have a ice machine. Nonetheless we feel comfortable sleeping.

We booked here because they had 3 beds and a decent price, but the room was dark and dingy. Killed 2 bugs. The owner seemed nice but took a while to check in. We have stayed in nicer places for the same price. Wouldn't stay again.

I was very disappointed because I tried calling to inform them we were running late. But no one answered. Recording stated they were closed and no one was there. But according to Hotels site info check in started at noon until any time. So got a room somewhere else

older property well maintained with friendly staff who spoke broken \English but we worked it out with smiles on both parts. if passing thru again I would stay here again

this is a dated old style motel which is my favorite kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable room. Older, but all amenities worked perfectly. Grounds around the property had some trash.

Built in the 1970's look like. Clean , but could use updating.

The staff was friendly the facility was a little scary. It was cheap and we werent there long but I worried about the well being of our car over night. I guess you get what you pay for.

It was supposed to be non smoking and as soon as u walked in i was hit with putrid smoke smelll. They tried to cover up with air freshener. Someone's long black hairs in yhe tub...yuk. floor was very dirty. Had to wear flip flops. Elderly Indian man at check in didnt speak a lick of english, so how could i complain. I slept ok, but used my won blanket to sleep on on the bed. Not the worst, bust close.

Great family running a clean motel!

The receptionist is a delightful elderly Indian man who struggles a bit with English as a second language. He is a positive person who will get it right. We stayed twice there on a round trip and we would do so again.

Old. Staff was not there for check in. Had to wait for them to come in. Very nice staff.

there was no heat in the room. Was giving an old small electric heater.

Good for one night

I was happy. No thrills hotel for a couple days of work.

Very old and rundown. Air conditioner did not work. Horribley filthy behind nightstand and all along that wall. Very hot in room. Never anyone at desk. Had to call on phone to even check in. Bathroom was clean but drain plug in tub wouldnt seal properly so water was draining as tub was in use. Wont be using this property again.

I found the room temperature in the room to be 60 degrees. Turned up the thermostat and waited. Did not go up after 2 hours. Called front desk. No answer kept calling no answer. Finally walked to office nobody at desk. Picked up courtesy phone. No answer finally 2 different people talked to me but took forever to make them understand what was wrong gentleman told me it would get warmer in room slowly. Wake up this morning still only 62 degrees. I brought a blanket in from my car last night temperature outside 25 degrees.

I made a reservation online based on decent reviews and good price. Front door was locked. Had to ring the doorbell multiple times and stand out in the cold for several minutes waiting for someone to open the door. The man was rude when he did finally let us in. The pillow was very flat and uncomfortable and we couldn’t figure out how to control the heater so it got very hot in the room and had to open the door during the night to cool it off. Would not stay there again.
