The staff were very nice and helpful! It was very convenient being located just steps away from the metro train station. Will definitely stay here again! :)

Room was clean, but limited space. Great location close to good restaurants and shopping

Loved this wonderful hotel.
Hotel is located above train station which makes it super convenient to get around Tokyo. It is across shopping malls and many restaurants. The area is very quiet !
Hotel lobby is on the 9th floor but there is a small front desk on the first floor to assist with luggage , directions, taxi etc.
the hotel is beautiful and super clean. Rooms are well designed and bed very comfortable. The public baths are clean and nice as well.
Breakfast buffet is mainly Japanese ( apparently it is known for this buffet) There are some western options ( hard boiled eggs , salad, breads, yogurt , fruit) .
The staff of the hotel are all incredible! They were polite, helpful and it was a pleasure dealing with them.
The staff at the breakfast area were the best! I want to especially thank YANO MIHO who took incredible care of us and the wonderful TAKANO. Thank you both for making our breakfast experience great!

We stayed only 1 night but it is all you need, very nice amenities, restaurants and bar, public bath to unwind after a long flight or walking around…

Very nice atmosphere. Very few of the staff speak English, but this was expected.

The window facing towards the emergency stairs, there were no views.

The stay was great, staff was very helpful.

This room did not compare well with the 2 others we had in Tokyo. Although all 3 were similar sizes this was the most expensive but the least well kitted out. The rooms were poorly designed with the sink area in the room.
4.6
great location, friendly staff
4.6
It’s conveniently located, the room is quiet, and the bed is comfortable. The only down side is that the room is tiny and would not be good for more than one person or for people with a lot of luggage.
4.6
It is a good option, well located and good standard. Rooms are rather small. We used the concierge for a request but it didnt work well as in other hotels.

Wonderful and attentive staff

We had a great stay during our time in Tokyo. This hotel is mainly for business guests but we were able to have a comfortable stay with our family.
4.6
Excellent location for navigating the complex Tokyo metro system - the entrance to the Ginza line station is directly underneath the hotel and this connects to Asakusa, Ginza and Shibuya within a few stops. There are multiple shops and dining options on your doorstep.
4.6
Friendly staff, very clean room and good food.

Hotel is in heart of Tokyo business/shopping district. Very easy access. Everything you'd need is nearby. Great if you want to get away from over busy touristy areas.

Onsen was clean. Private. Location was convenient to train.

It was so close to dining options, right across the street. Subway stop under hotel, very friendly staff!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days, 3 nights and the staff was professional, discreet, and kind throughout our stay. They were specially helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport and storing our luggage while we enjoyed our last day in Japan.
We recommended this hotel to our friends and will keep it in mind for our next trip to Japan.
本当にお気遣いありがとうございます!

Excella Hotel Services with lovely staffs. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel room was super clean that comes with ironing board, iron, hair dryer. The complimentary water bottle x2 were provided everyday. We stayed at the 26sqm Twin Room and it was pretty spacious compared with other hotels at a similar rate. This is the 2nd time that we stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel chain. Nothing went wrong. Highly recommended AAA++++++ Services.

Fantastic hotel, location and people!

We booked the room with Skytree view. It was really amazing.
Even though the hotel is located in quiet busy area with a subway station nearby, we still have a quiet evening to enjoy our stay. Also, the check-in process is quiet efficient and clear. Room is clean. For those traveling with small kids, the service is really warm.

Really great property. My wife thinks the bathroom was outdated a bit. Nice facilities, garden, lobby area, et

We loved the Mitsui The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing - although if you stay multiple days, it’s always the same and becomes a little ho-hum. The hotel is exquisitely clean and has such a wonderful scent that makes you feel so relaxed. The rooms are on the small side - we had to shuffle around each other and our bags always seemed to be in the way.

Public bath was good
4.6
Excellent property, right next to Tokyo subway and JR line. The escalator from subway basically goes straight into hotel. Used the public bath every night, after a long day walking around Tokyo it was the perfect way to end an evening. 7/11 is basically in the lobby, just a few steps away. Staff was great and housekeeping was top notch, will stay here again next time we visit Tokyo

Very clean property and spacious room with good amenities
