Sty was good. Desk service was good. Quite busy for FIU move in. However, the gentleman at the desk was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

Still a great hotel, repairs are starting to show up, specially in the bathroom and fridge. Service is great as always and location and prices are hard to beat. I will go back but I will check first room conditions.

I was pleased with just about everything excluding the bad service. I went to the bar at 10:40 and the bar tender wouldn’t serve me because she said she was closing at 11 and already started to check off on the drinks. If the bar closes at 11pm, customers should be served up to 10:59. The drinks weren’t cheap and I assume the hotel makes a lot of money from the bar, and so lost service there for me. I wouldn’t recommend the bar service to anyone. Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper which was unacceptable especially for cases of emergency.

My stay was "ok". I found the check-in process to be substandard. I was asked for for my name, ID, credit card. I was given my key with my room number. Checkout time, amenities, direction to elevators, etc was not given. I am not from Miami, so if you are a non local, except the vague basics of many ppl that I have encountered in Miami. No smiles, very little hospitality. I didn't even get a cookie during my 3 day stay ..lol! I wasn't offered one and when I thought about it, at checkout...they are out! I paid $19 for a margarita that I poured down the toilet. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable for me. All of the pillows were soft, Instead of having different firmness, which I am used to. The plus...the hotel was clean, the location was good. I would stay here again just based on cleanliness and location of where I needed to be. I would just "remember that Im in unfriendly Miami" and bring a pillow!

I enjoyed the quiet comfortable room. The cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly. Balcony was a nice atmosphere. I would have liked for breakfast to be complimentary. The distance from some local restaraunt was only 2 to 3 miles away. My main reasons for choosing this hotel was price, free parking, 30 to 40 minute drive to Miami Beach. It was very hot while I was there. I didnt use the pool but others seemed to enjoy it. I would definately stay there again.

I booked a 4 night stay to recover from surgery. Housekeeping never came. I waa bleesing through an insition. I quickly purchased my own pads to place on the mattress as i am well aware of biohazard. The blood "stain" waa about the size of a quarter. I was charged over $300 for "damages" . Again, i can see the concern of blood being washed but how is that diffrent then the bodily fluids we leave behind in other circumstance. Overall terrible experience. The redrigerator disnt work and spoiled all the food i took. The toilets were clogged. I wouldnt recommend this location.
