Its's a 3 star in downtown so not much to expect

I didn't not like that the taxis to the airport did not have A/C

You can hear all the noice from outside (people and cars) in the room. The AC system didn’t work well the air wasn’t cool enough.

Overall, a great place to stay in Conakry. The hotel was very central and easily accessible to cabs and motos. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice to talk with. Lastly, the rooms were cheap and good for a quick stay
However, the property is not extremely clean. I did find bugs in my room and there was mold on the walls.
Otherwise, I would stay here again for the price I paid.

Was made to lie on a bed with dirty and stained bed sheets. Didn’t realise until body started scratching. Had to change room when I complained to front desk. Was a terrible experience

My stay was good. Rooms are clean. The internet connection is strong as well. Had to connect multiple devices. In terms of breakfast, i had to pay and the reception staff told me that bookings done through Expedia do not include breakfast. I pajd approximately 10 USD for breakfast. The staff were very nice. Nice stay. When using the bathroom, water spilled on the floor. Overall, my stay was cool.

I did like their different services and availability. However, I didn't like how their climatization was not able to cool down the room, and the water was constantly hot.

Decent hotel located right in the heart of Kaloum. They do have a cockroach problem in the rooms, and some sewage smell in the bathroom. They need to get that under control, and the room would be a lot better. I did enjoy the coffee and tea facilities in the room, and the AC was powerful. There was some confusion about the free airport shuttle - Hotels.com clearly lists it as an included perk for the roundtrip, but they didn’t want to honour it for a one night stay (luckily, I was planning to stay two days anyways). But, I was later told it only covers the trip from the airport, not the return. Again, that’s not what was agreed to in the booking. Make sure you take screenshots and if they hassle you, just call Expedia/Hotels.com and they will call them to ensure you receive the correct inclusions. Service was good at times, poor at others - they seem to have a new person at the desk every time I passed by, so there is some confusion when one person has promised something, then the next person knows nothing of it. If it were not for the free shuttle to and from the airport, it would be a bit overpriced. If they could get the cockroaches under control (I killed at least ten), it would be a good hotel.

I booked because it was competitively priced with generally positive reviews. I stayed for a month while I was working, which gave me the opportunity to see things when they were running well and when they weren’t.
+: The rooms are reasonably comfortable. There is a restaurant affiliated with the hotel that runs about $4-$12 per item, offering solid quality and reasonable diversity. The security staff were easily the friendliest and most helpful of all the employees, especially Ibrahamin.
+/-: The hotel is on a busy intersection that includes a lot of street vendors so prepared to be asked for money as soon as you leave the lobby if you don’t look like a local. The desk staff is mixed: while I generally found the men to be quite friendly, there are two women who have no patience if you do not speak French well; one of them speaks English but she can come across as rude. The cleaning staff is generally good, keeping your room stocked with a couple of water bottles, tea bags, and instant coffee, but can be pushy when they want to clean and did not always respect the “do not disturb sign.”
-: The staff basically do not speak English. The internet was unreliable, dropping out for three consecutive days on one occasion. The hotel has two elevators, but sometimes only one works. You must pay for breakfast and the picture of the continental layout they advertise is misleading. The “gym” is three cardio machines in a windowless room. The rooftop area is non-functional.

Hotel is nice, clean, modern and in a great location. I partially selected the hotel due to the free airport shuttle. I was informed the shuttle bus was not working and I was responsible for the 100,000 gf taxi fee ($12 USD) to or from airport. Besides that one issue, all was good.

This hotel rating shouldn’t be very good on hotels.com. The air conditioning is not working properly in the room. The room is not clean. Only one towel in the room. They also mentioned about partial sea view, this hotel is not near any sea. The hallway has a very bad smell. I wouldn’t recommend.

The owner is a great Lebanese man. Very helpful. I checked out, came later to pick my bags, he offered me to take a shower in the room. That was fantastic. I was allowed to wait in the lobby till 11pm and they there driver dropped me back at the airport. Very easy, reliable and clear.
