The hotel has a central location close to everything! The room views are amazing and the entire staff more than amazing! An excellent stay!

I booked this hotel thinking it would be quiet at night. Unfortunately, despite my room being located on the 14th floor, the thumping music outside which started around 9 pm and lasted until 3 am. We requested a room change but we were informed the hotel was fully booked by the manager, yet there was online availability. Even our cancellation request was denied. In this regard the manager was not helpful at all. Definitely, we would not use this hotel again.

Professional and friendly staff, the hotel is new, the rooms are very clean, great coffee and sweets at the lobby caffe, shopping and city center close. This hotel doesn’t serve any alcohol or dining options within premises. There are good restaurants around, walking distance.

Don’t deserve 5 stars. Expensive, dirty bathroom, stained couch in the room. No shampoo in the shower. Not fresh breakfast and limited variety

Beautiful luxury hotel. View of Sarajevo is gorgeous. Couldn't stop looking out the window. Staff friendly and helpful. One of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept on. Will definitely stay here again on next visit to Sarajevo.

We have stayed here many times. This will be the last, the bathroom was dirty. The cabinets need to be replaced in the suites . Breakfast is still very good, but not the rooms .

Good choice for Sarajevo.. Walking distance (15 min) from the old city where you can find many restaurants coffee shops bars etc.. The hotel is attached to sizeable shopping mall.

Great service at check in, welcoming staff. Very nice rooms and good view. Unfortunately the hamam and sauna were closed (without prior notice). My daughter accidentally spilled a drink on the duvet cover, which I reported to the desk and offered to cover expenses for cleaning. It was promptly changed - nice. The breakfast was very good and the staff kind and service minded. At checkout however I was charged 50 Euro for the cleaning of the cover which I found surprising. Also 10 Euro was added for parking when it was stated that as a silver member of hotels, it was supposed to be complimentary, which the staff did not take notice of even though I pointed that out.

Hotel is perfect. Location is very nice. But the hotel is 100 pct alcohol free. There is no pub. Yu should inform to the customers before booking the hotel. This is not big issue but this was the first Swiss hotel whic I ever stayed

This is a fairly new hotel outside of old town. We were happy with the staff who are very friendly and helpful. It is not really walking distance to old town but taxis are very inexpensive and we did take the local trolley which was fun. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of fruit, cheeses, breads and cooked to order eggs. It was not a problem but be aware this is a alcohol free hotel. We would stay here again if we ever return to Sarajevo.

The hotel is newly built and very clean. The front desk staff is very helpful and courteous. I can't say enough about their breakfast menu which was amazing. There is a mall, which is connected with the hotel, so if you just want to spend some time outside your room, or try a variety of different foods or beverages you can always do so. Transport is easily available. Two times, we called a cab from the hotel, and it arrived within 5 minutes. Would definitely stay there again.
