The host, Alicia, was incredibly friendly and greeted us with a warm welcome. Very clean and nice hotel with a great breakfast. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The walk from the train station was a little sketchy, I would suggest a taxi from the train station.

Terrific property. Beautiful room & building. Central location. 15min walk from central train station. Staff were outstanding. Nice terrace for coffee in morning. Little noisy outside on street but we were tired at night so didnt matter. Cud ask for interior room if sensitive to noise i believe. Highly recommend.

This is the best hotel I've experienced in Italy. The location was incredibly central and pretty much ideal. The staff were most attentive and kind, and the room (even though I booked one of their cheaper options) was stylish with many thoughtful touches. My largest regret was that I had only booked 3 nights there; I wish I could have stayed longer. The only area for improvement I could think of is around the breakfast. The selection and quality was amazing, but there was a little confusion during the service, which meant that the toast I'd ordered was bread on the 2nd morning and absent on the 3rd. I didn't raise this with the hotel, as it seemed such a minor point. Another guest became a little agitated about the confusion on one morning.

Everything about this place has been top notch. The moment we checked in the service has been world class. Perfect location, modern design, sumptuous breakfast - a must stay if you are in Palermo.

The staff at the Hotel are lovely. There is nothing better than their friendly, professional manner. We received an email a few days prior to departing NY asking about our arrival time. When I replied and mentioned that we planned on taking a taxi Alessandra advised that she could arrange a car for 55 euros. Apparently some taxi drivers overcharge. They also suggested having a drink at the Seven Restaurant Rooftop bar- amazing views and cool cocktails. We stayed in the FAMILY ROOM, it’s in another building about 50 feet away from the small main building. It’s a great room, extremely large with very high ceiling. Alicia and Andrea( I think that’s his name) were just as helpful and charming as Alessandra. You have to a breakfast time and place your specific food order the evening before because the breakfast room is small BUT the breakfast is good. The location is very convenient.

This is truly a great hotel. The staff are wonderful. The location is perfect for walking around Palermo. The room was large, very clean, and quiet considering how close to a main street it is. Their recommendations for place to eat were very good. If I had anything negative to say it would be that their breakfast cook is not very good at cooking eggs. Other then that it was probably one of the top 10 hotels I have stayed at in my 50 years of travel.
