The exception to my stay was that my room was the room right before The Fitness Center and it was quite noisy early in the morning.

Quick trip. Convenient location and friendly staff

AC Marriott is the only hotel I stay at when I have business in Pittsburgh. It is convenient, clean, easy parking, & close to a restaurant if needed.
5.0
The breakfast was excellent. There are no microwaves in the rooms. But like an ice machine central on the floor, also is a microwave. So while your heating something you can grab Some ice.

Sleek and stylish—the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location for walking—whether to nice restaurants, shopping or a scenic stroll to take in the river view.

The hotel was beautiful but didn’t like how you had to pay $22 for parking down the street.

Very clean and convenient

Excellent, will stay again

Great location
2.5
A very modern and up to date hotel. Location was perfect. Only negative was no place to pull up or 'in', while checking in. Husband had to drive around while I went in in to check in and find out where to park ( pay lot across the street) that was a first for us. Very pleasant staff!
5.0
Perfect location for the strip area
3.0
It was clean and staff friendly. They need to do better with parking, having to pay every time you go in and out is ridiculous and the other lots are too far and didn’t feel safe walking to the hotel at night
4.0
Average modern hotel, safe and secure. Walking distance to the Strip District. Rooms are a little small. Very pricey for an average hotel.
4.0
Horrible parking. You pay every time you go and exit parking lot. Too costly.

What can I tell you about our stay? It was many little annoyances that eventually added up to a not very comfortable visit. First, this hotel has no parking . We had to use a public lot across the street, not easy to navigate with luggage. The Lobby was not at street level as you would expect, but on the 7th floor right next to the bar, which was very crowded (it was 5 pm). Our rooms were next door to each other, a positive if you have young kids or elderly parents like me. The rooms were clean; there was a fridge and coffee maker, enough pillows, etc. This hotel boasts the fact that everything is very modern and eco-conscious. To me, it felt more cold than anything. There was one picture on the wall; it was a photo of a gray, concrete wall. Yes, there were a lot of wood accents, but it still felt cold and impersonal. The shower in the bath was roomy, and easy to step in. The shower tap was very confusing, it took everyone at least 2 showers before they figured out how to control the water temperature. The toilet, too, was very modern, a water saver. It was the toilet seat that was the issue. It was lower than most, difficult for the elderly or infirm to stand up, and the seat was square, very uncomfortable to sit on for long. And unlike a lot of hotels, breakfast was not included with the room, but $15 per person per day. The food was geared toward a more Euro style, not always appreciated by Americans, who prefer pancakes or waffles over scones, toast and cheese.

Overall the hotel was good enough for our one-night stay. We found the bed to be too hard, but that's obviously a personal choice. The bathroom wasn't perfectly clean. And the parking situation is not ideal (across the street in an open paid lot that didn't offer the usual hotel amenity of coming and going and paying at the end of the stay). There's also not really a covered place to unload at the hotel.

Everything about this hotel was great! The staff were kind, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean! Easy location to The Strip District as well as a short walk from the parks. Parking is directly across the street and is hourly or $25 for a full 24 hours.

The property is in a good location and rooms are clean. Only issue is dining . Breakfast is expensive for croissants and cheese so go somewhere else

It was a good stay. Lobby on the top was inconvenient and having to park across from the street and having to pay each time we brought the car out was inconvenient also. Our view was not good either, looking into the back side of a building and their many trash cans.
But other than that, it was a comfortable stay. Their front desk associate JC Richard’s was very good- polite, thorough and helpful to all guests.

I was put in the wrong room i booked. The manager corrected it, but the room i was first put in was bigger and had more space, was cleaner.the room i was moved to was supposed to be bigger. When we moved the new room didn't have water in fridge like the other. Hair in/on toilet. In sink. The pull out sofa had no blanket/ comforter. I probably could have went to the service desk a few more times, but after being up since 3 am i was done. A refund or some kind of compensation would be nice for what i paid for one night. Probably to much to ask. Positive. The place is very secure. Downtown Pittsburgh. So found that very comforting. Very modern.

The only thing I didn’t like was our room looked out to a dirty alleyway. Everything else was great!

I was given misinformation about the parking situation. I was told that I could park in the public lot across the street. I was told that the fee was based on how long you were there but from 12 hours on it was $25. It was also mentioned that due to location there was no need to use one’s car while there, implying that if I didn’t leave and come back the maximum I would be charged was $25 for the duration of my stay. I was parked there for approximately 48 hours and was charged $50. The $25 rate applies to hours 12-24 so each full day of parking cost $25. With that being said it is the most convenient option, I would just have appreciated a more accurate breakdown of the fees.

2nd time staying here and will stay here again. Hotel is new and we’ll designed. Not overwhelmingly pricey wait her with a great breakfast in the morning.

This hard been the worst stay in a hotel. They have the most confusing check in process. You pull up to the hotel thinking you park on-site. Only to be met with a sign to park across the street. You’re now trapped basically on a sidewalk trying to back out on a very busy street. Parking across the street states $15 however you’re paying $25.00. There is no come and go so you pay each time you leave. I was turned away from parking 3 times. Calls to the front desk where not helpful. Staff was not friendly when actually checking in. Room was nice but bed was so hard I slept on the couch. The heater in the room make a horrible loud noise constantly. Staff did nothing as they were fully booked. Tried the bar for dinner. What a joke. One bartender to handle 30 people at a time. Had to keep walking away to go to the kitchen. I counted 11 people leave. Food choices were slim and overpriced. I will gladly pay more to go somewhere else next time.

The room was very clean and walking distance to the convention center. The room was clean for the most part. We would stay here again

I booked this hotel for a relative who was forced to layover by a flight delay. The booking included breakfast. My relative was nevertheless charged $20 for breakfast. Perhaps my relative failed to alert the hotel that breakfast was already paid for but I am still disappointed the hotel did not catch the error.

Overall an excellent place to stay near the convention center. The breakfast and the bar-resturant food was okay at best, but there are lots of other options in the area. The rooms were well designed and clean. Overall 5 stars.

The staff was friendly, especially JC. The room was clean and the bathroom was very clean too. I will book there again.

Needed a last minute hotel near PPG arena. This property was well located, clean and modern.

Nice and clean room, simple but sufficient gym. Not a lot of choice for breakfast.

This hotel is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, convention center, and museums. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Would like to see them offer a coffee service as the only option was the breakfast buffet.
