This hotel is modern, clean, is in good location, staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great. We made the right choice to stay in this hotel. The only issue is the wifi disconnects easily and you have constantly log in. Overall our stay was great, will surely return.

I really like the Marison. It is very clean, the food is as good as can be expected in a hotel, the people are very pleasant, it is very safe, the staff will flag down transport or assist you in any way. My biggest complaint: stop hassling me about stealing your handtowels on checkout. I just paid 30,000 pesos to stay there for a week, I’m not going to risk jail by stealing your towels…

Someone stole 2 small towels from my room and i had to pay for it...why would i do that and i could go buy them cheaper...plus.. i had to walk 5 minutes to the hotel just cause i drove a tricycle...i will never come back here again. I know the hotel doesn't care and it showed

The hotel as a whole is comfortable. We had an issue with the shower hot water, staff tried to resolve, the shower remained cold. The Italian restaurant is terrible.

My overall rating of the hotel is "excellent, from the front desk, bell boy, cleanliness, friendly and very knowledgeable staff, and clean rooms. The free breakfast was excellent and so many choices of food. I would highly recommend this hotel. Kudos to the staff!

It's a beautiful property with wonderful staffs, very professional, friendly and hardworking people. The rooms are beautiful and clean, shower needs a little bit of scrubbing when it comes to tile grout, but otherwise it's clean. The only downside is the deodorizer it the hallway, it's kind of strong, I have a really bad allergy when it comes to strong scent, and also they used some kind of insecticide in the stairwell and at the gym at one time when I was there, I wish they can use a more natural alternative when it comes to that, so the scent is not too strong, plus it's not good for someone's health. Overall my stay was wonderful. I will for sure go back again. Thank you.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Staffs are friendly and efficient, excellent customer service, they all need a raise.😁. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The only downside is the shower is a little weird, it drains slowly and hot water is an issue, but I think cold shower is also good for your body anyway, it's healthier. But overall, I had an amazing stay, I hope they will maintain the property well so it will not deteriorate overtime just like other hotels because I will for sure stay here next time I visit Legazpi.

My wife and I stayed at Marison Legazpi with another couple in April 2024. It was our second time to stay there. The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable, with a nice restaurant attached. It's a little isolated, nothing much within walking distance, but anyway Legazpi is rather spread out. You can take a tricycle anywhere you want to go.

We experienced a top- notched service from Marison Hotel. The hotel was strategically located in a place where we could see the beauty of tMayon Volcano greeting us everyday during the duration of our stay through our windows!! It was also close to the mall, The room was spacious and comfortable! The staff were gracious and accommodating, and the buffet breakfast was superb serving a variety of food and local delicacies! They offered a free transportation from and back to the airport which is very convenient! This hotel was comparable to the 5-stars hotel in Manila!

Staff are polite, courteous & friendly. Easy check in. Our room is with the Mayon view. It’s clean, spacious. I love that the sink, shower & loo are separated from each other so if one person is taking a shower the other can use the loo. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety to choose. If ever i visit Bicol again, there is no other place to stay for me but here.

The Marison is a very nice hotel for a small city in the Philippines (Legazpi). It's not perfect, but for those of us needing a place to stay in Legazpi, it's a big improvement on the other, older options. My wife and I will stay there again, next time we need to go to Legazpi.

Convenient location to tourists sites and easy parking. Ate at 3 of the hotel restaurants and they were all excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good with many choices to satisfy your cravings. The staff is well trained and courteous and very responsive. We booked our sightseeing activities at the front desk and was very pleased and happy with the company they booked us with.
