Hotel was dated but the rooms were clean. Overpowering smell of cheap cleaning products, but at least clean. Though clean the bathroom walls looked like there'd been some serious wall damage going down . Glassblock insets in the bathroom area were frankly very creepy.The location was difficult to access and the parking lots were kind of scary and seemed to attract random vagrants.

This place was a dump, I would not reccommend it to anyone, If I was not exhausted from my trip and it wasn't a 110 degrees outside or 6pm at night, I would have stayed somewhere else. This was not your typical Quality Inn. I'm surprised, it wasn't condemned. The Staff was rude, said I could leave if I wanted, Breakfast was served by a rude lady & there was no place sit or stand.

The hotel is clean but out dated. The pool area is big but looks old as well. Breakfast is part of the stay but they serve you and you’re only able to eat in your room and it’s only 1 serve per person staying in the room.

Property is old and in need of renovation, found a cockroach and worm in the room (I have pictures to prove it). They charge you if your child is older than 10 for the “breakfast “ but they ration the food like your in prison.

Police was in the property when im arrived sadly those places dont let u to cancel or return your money, breakfast is not option serve yourself you not allow to eat in the dinning u have to take it to your room is not dinning table like shows in the pictures, my door was looking like someone broke in not completely close. Horrible place to stay unfortunately i book in the wrong location as well .

I kept checking on my car, random people walking around. Can hear every step upstairs, maybe kids running around till 11 pm. Called front desk was told full house they will send someone that was at 9. I love quality inn but this one was far from other locations. Pillows weren’t even pillows and beds uncomfortable.

This property was awful. The photos do not accurately represent the property. First, you must drive through a mechanics shop to access the parking lot. It’s not very easy to get in and out of the parking lot. With respect to our room, it was dark and dingy. The room was extremely humid as if the air conditioning system was not working properly. The shower head is only about 4 1/2 feet high, so anyone with height will struggle to take a shower and wash his/her hair. The toilet seat was broken. The walls and ceiling were cracking. The breakfast set up is poorly run. Tables are used as barriers so you could not get your own food. Instead, there is one employee that serves everyone one at a time. Since all of the tables are used as barriers, there is no where to sit down and eat your breakfast so you must take it back to your room. We initially booked a three night stay at this property, but after the first night we decided to find another property. I asked for the remaining nights to be refunded and was denied. I was told that I had to go thru Expedia since that’s who I booked it through. When I reached out to Expedia, I was informed that it is up to the property manager whether or not to grant a refund. Ultimately, the manager here could care less and denied any refund. Same yourself the headache and DO NOT STAY HERE.

Don’t stay here!! I stayed with my family thinking it was going to be good but what a mistake. We arrived late and upon arrival I got charged extra for having my 15 year old child with me. I tried asking about this extra charge but was too tired to argue. As we went to find our room in the parking lot there was a group of men driving beer and being loud. The room was so out dated the shower head was filthy and there was a whole on the wall right by the shower head. The sheets had stains. We arrived from the zoo in the afternoon and again now two group of men’s drinking beer in the parking lot. It was so bed that we decided not to stay there and we just left. I do not recommend for anyone to stay here. The free breakfast is a joke no one in my party liked the food. We strongly suggest to stay somewhere else. Total disappointment.

We didn’t even go into our room. Very old hotel. Long overdue for upgrades. Didn’t feel safe in community. Person who checked us in only spoke to us with questions needed to check us in. No greeting whatsoever. Check in was next to breakfast area. It had only 4 small tables pushed together & the whole breakfast area was very small. I should mentioned this hotel was two stories and had many rooms. The breakfast area can no way meet the needs of guests staying there. Parking lot was in bad need of repaving. Pool was across the parking lot from hotel. It was in a chain link fence with a chain with a padlock that you just pulled over the top post to get into the pool. After seeing conditions & check in person. We never went into room. We gave keys back and left to find hotel with better conditions.

Breakfast the same everyday Waffles scrambled egg and sausage links. Charged 15,00 for a d at “stained” towel that they didn’t even attempt to wash Charged 10 dollars a day for my kid to stay at a motel that advertises free kids. People outside all hours of the night and the pool closes at 6!?

Where do I begin 😡 , This place was horrible , upon arrival there were bums everywhere, people outside smoking by the pool , the who place looks worse then a motel 6 (rundown) there was spiders everywhere and bugs, I came home with 5 spider bites and my children were also bitten , the room doors were bent as if they have been kicked in before , there was tiles broken inside the rooms and outside the rooms , there was food still smudged on the walls the floors in the rooms were horribly sticky , the rooms smelt so bad like old lady and bug spray , the corners of the room and bathroom had gunk stuck like dirt/ grime buildup, the shower water kept turning scorching hot one second then ice cold , one of the beddings had cigarette burns on it , the manager didn’t want to refund us so we had no choice but to stay there the weekend as it was already paid for , the housekeeping doesn’t speak much English and they are very rude you can hear them walking up and down the hallways with the cleaning cart in early hours , the railing on the top floor was wobbly and the stair railing as well , at night you have a lot of random sketchy looking people ( like they were on drugs ) walking the parking lots , if you can avoid staying here I definitely would , it was not up to par at all and for the price I’d expect a lot more cleanliness and less sketchiness , also the property does not look like the photos , overall it was a horrible experience that I never want to do again !!
