The room I booked with 2 queen bed was big, room is dirty, amenities was okay, wifi was very very slow, front desk agent(lady) during check in seems like she is not happy with her job, rude and doesnt know what she is doing, There is a lobby inside the hotel that most of the time there is no staff, You will have to go out and will find them in another area eating or chatting, and theyre not happy accomodating you once you ask for help, Other than that, Pool was excellent and clean, staff that are working by the pool area was very helpful.

The resort was as advertised. Lots of pools to swim, lots of picnic cottages to choose from. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfy and clean. The staff are accomodating and helpfiul.

Wifi is only in the lobby and it has a certain number of hours you can connect for a day. Your device will automatically get "connected without internet" if you've been using the wifi for about 4 hours as per my observation. Cirrently only 3 pools are working. Customer service is poor. You need to tell everything before it can happen.

My family spent the Christmas Eve here but there's no restaurant inside and no wifi as well. The several pools and hot tubs expected to work were almost closed as only 3 works. The room smells bad and the bed sheets were dirty. It's hard to sleep.

I was hoping to get a good deal because I booked through hotels.com. But I discovered that I paid the same amount as the walk-in rate. Since I checked in late, I requested for a late check out; the request was firmly declined, despite the fact that we appeared to have been the only guests in the hotel! There were many pools and they were okay- teeners would enjoy the "disco pool" - but there was nothing therapeutic in the therapy pool. Lots of guests on either "day tour" or "night tour" so whether this is advantageous depends on your preference; just don't expect any Antipolo-esque nature trip here, except maybe for their captive monkeys. Breakfast was prepared beforehand, so you'll have cold food if you're late for your agreed time. Coffee was instant, while juice was Tang!

My husband and I, together with our 2 year-old daughter, enjoyed our stay in Bosay. The admin was very accommodating, and the facilities were very convenient. We experienced speedy response whenever we needed their assistance anytime of the day. We are considering coming back to this place, especially that our daughter had so much fun!
