We chose this hotel for a weekend get-away anf we were 100% satisfied. Upon arrival we were upgraded due to the attention of the check-in staff who recognized that it was my wife's birthday.
The entire hotel is unique, the architectual design is a lively mix of classic grandhotel mixed with wild and sometimes crazy design. Every staff member was super friendly and made our stay unforgettable.
We booked a table for dinner and were told there's going to be a show. What a show it was!! Two awesome artists were presenting several show blocks with different musical styles and the entire house went wild (including dancing on the tables in the later parts of the night :-).
The food was great, the selection good.
We also shopped at the hotel shop were we found great deal.
On the 2nd day we took advantage of the spa area where we enjoyed the heated pool, the saune and hammam.
We highly recommend this hotel!

View of Mont Blanc from my window. Wonderful breakfast. Best location in Chamonix. Loved the vibes at the hotel. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE :-)
4.2
The hotel has a nice pool area and garden area to play or sit and read. The inside of the hotel and the patio caters to a party atmosphere and has nice facilities for that including game rooms. The lobby has a nice ice water station.
The actual hotel room was extremely cramped with no hangers or closet for clothes and very little space to set luggage down.
4.2
pool, sauna and steam room were great after a long hike. staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in this hotels twice. Will recommend to upgrade and avoid standard double which is very small and in need for a brush up. An upgrade gives you way better value for money. A lot of people during breakfast, can be i bit noisy and crowded for my taste. This is NOT a luxury hotel, but fair enough. Location is very good! And very quiet during the night, no noise from the river and I could sleep with my window open!
4.2
A lovely hotel which has a very cool modern interior design look and feel. I was really happy that the room I saw on the photos when booking was the room we got. Great view from the window. Breakfast was good but could have done with some more hot food options. All though there is a lot to choose from.
Walking distance to main town and not far from the cable car that we booked.
All in all I would stay here again.
4.2
Very small rooms. From the picture, it seemed like a nice suite. It was an extremely small room with three beds stacked on top of each other. Barely any room to walk. Toilets smelled bad and did not have exhaust. Very old and cramped hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was amazing!

I do not recommend this hotel at all!
My stay at the hotel was unpleasant from start to finish. The rooms are unbearably noisy, and it doesn’t matter which direction the room faces. On one side, there’s constant noise from the pool during the day and from the garden with the billiards at night. On the other side, the rooms face the bar and restaurant, so the noise continues all night.
You can’t sleep with the windows closed because there’s no air conditioning, and the heat is simply unbearable!
To make matters worse, the internal lock on my room didn’t work properly, and at midnight, someone entered my room because the reception gave them the wrong room! It was a terrifying and unsafe experience.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and did not meet any of my expectations.

Been 3rd time here! Just love the vibes and they have really improved the property as well!

Great location; easy walk to center of town. Comfortable room; extra helpful staff, great buffet breakfast, lots of activities to choose. Highly recommend.

Great stay. Really cool building. The room was large enough for our family of four. Everything was clean. Happy hour on the patio was a highlight! Front desk staff were amazing.
4.2
Service is slow while check-in. Asked for coffee, they never came
4.2
Very happening place
Reception staff (esp Melissa) were very friendly and helpful
Would invest a bit more in bedding (mattress, pillow quality)

We are on a two week motorcycle ride thru the Alps and this is BY FAR the nicest hotel and town we stayed in. We really wished we could have stayed a couple more nights. Amazing views and the staff could not have been more helpful.
4.2
Easy walk to Main Street in downtown. Loved having things to do for our kids while we were at our hotel enjoying a drink on the patio.
4.2
Very cool interior renovations, great rooms overlooking the mountains. Great gym, sauna, steam bath and outdoor pool. We enjoyed the party atmosphere outdoors after 6 days of hiking Tour de Mont Blanc. Hotel very close to restaurants and cafes.

Excellent breakfast!

A bit of a mixed bag so I’ll start with the good. The room was lovely, bed was excellent, shower amazing and beautifully clean. The bar and staff were great, prices were reasonable for Chamonix and the pizza was amazing. I was slightly surprised at how many children were there. The hotel is worn, one of the lifts didn’t work, the spa was very worn and the heated outside pool was attic! It says 26 degrees, it really wasn’t! The whole spa was shabby and again a lot of children. The staff were great until the last day when they watched me struggle with bags, I said I needed to come back for one and they just wandered off. Overall
A great stay and location is amazing for skiing I just expected a bit more for the price

Great stay - amazing town and hotel facilities
4.2
Very over priced for an average room. Stayed for 4 nights under two bookings one for one night and one for three nights. Hotel wanted to charge late check out on the first night to keep the room until the second booking for three nights was ready. Rooms are really small, no mirrors wasn’t helpful when getting ready for a wedding. Bathroom is behind a curtain and very small. No wardrobe just a rail. Music is really loud in some rooms and the larger room typically occupied by families so you get woken up by screaming kids if there is an adjoining room next door, walls are very thin! Spa is awful like a leisure centre not what you would expect from luxury hotel. Pool is cold, no hot tube and steam and sauna always busy. Door was broken on sauna so wasn’t very hot. Takes hours to get served at the bar in the evening, also won’t serve hot drinking in the evenings!
One positive the guys in the ski shop are really lovely and helpful, returned my skis early and they didn’t charge me a full day.
4.2
Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, reasonably priced.

The location is ideal for skiing and dining/shopping. It has heated swimming pool and sauna plus hammam - great after skiing.
4.2
The hotel overall was very nice, the restaurants and bars were great and the staff were very friendly. However we were very disappointed with the room! It was very small and dingy with not enough light. The toilet was very small and the bed/pillows were uncomfortable.
There was quite a lot of noise during the night from the apres downstairs.
The spa area was not good. No dressing gown/slippers were provided and the whole spa area felt very unclean. The pool was ice cold and the changing areas were awful.
I wouldn’t stay again for the price it is not what I expect.
The ski boot storage for the standard rooms was bad. Open storage so we didn’t want to leave our own boots.

I guess I should have expected this to be a party-focused hotel, but I was hoping we could have the option of being insulated from the partying if we so chose... not so much. Onsite restaurants and bar are lively an noisy with shows going on all the time. Huge patio/terrace in front of the hotel which seems to gather a large proportion of the town for apres-ski. Rooms are not well insulated from the noise outside, so beware if you want to call it an early night, you may not have the option to. Our room (small but expected) was extremely humid and we couldn't get rid of the humidity. It opened on the slopes... and a slopeside bar which played music pretty loud, thankfully not late. The pool is cool, the gym is nice, you have to make reservations for the spa. Shower worked well, so did wifi. Double bed is in fact two single beds side-by-side which tend to drift apart. I guess I wasn't totally in the target market for this specific hotel, but I can see why people less focused on skiing and more focused on partying would love it.
Definite pros: ticket retrieval machine and ski shop in the hotel itself. Very close (walking distance) from the center of town including shuttle stops to the various stations.
4.2
Tiny rooms with dated look. Front desk is unhelpful.
4.2
Location is great. 1 block away from the city center & walking street. About 10min walk to the Brevant ski lift. Unfortunately there wasn’t much snow and the ski lift right behind the hotel was not operating. Dining experience was good - breakfast spread is excellent and dinner quality is good with nightly performance. Although lobby was very noisy at night, we don’t hear much from the rooms. It was raining one day but they didn’t have umbrellas available for guests …
4.2
Great place to stay. Super convenient for skiing and short walk to restaurants, cafes and shops in the town. Only thing for parents of young kids to be aware of is it's a bit of a party hotel. The music noise doesn't carry to the rooms but lots of noise from drunk people going back to their rooms in the middle of the night.
4.2
The hotel has amazing staff that go out of their way to help you. There’s amazing night life and apres ski at the hotel. Best place to stay in Chamonix
4.2
I loved the location of the property it was perfect! However the staff were not very friendly and wouldn't be of much service to you. They would just offer you the bare minimum and wouldn't offer you a welcoming, friendly persona that you should have when staying at a hotel.
