The pool was very dirty and freezing cold and once again the hot tub was not open… the hall ways where extremely loud and when called down to the front desk about kids racing in the hall way to 12:30AM they just said they didn’t have the staff to work the hall ways and there was 5 different sports teams staying also 😡

Room didn’t have a safe. Hot tub wasn’t working. Couldn’t lock our patio door. The carpets all stained and very dirty. Front desk staff have no clue about anything.

Guy on checkin was useless … room was marginal for the price …. We overlooked convention area and were woken up at 7:30 am by a person on a loudspeaker …smoke detector battery was dead and beeping , asked to replace twice and nothing … coffee area was marginal , service was terrible … hot tub not in service … overall very disappointing

The room was decent as well as the hotel overall. It had a shower head that was low. I'm only 5' 8" and the top of my head went about an inch above it. I could only imagine what it would be for someone taller. Also, don't be in the shower when someone flushes the toilet. Almost scalded my back but I move pretty quick for a 70 yr. old. lol

Great location off the interstate and ample parking. Staff were efficient and friendly. Pub attached had good selection of food which was excellent and live entertainment. Would definitely stop here again if in the area.

Dont stay by the pool. The lights are bright throughout the night and the curtains don't block out the light well. Other than thad it was nice for a last minute reservation. The kids liked the cold pool.

We were put poolside. If you have the option I’d recommend never getting a pool side room! It was EXTREMELY loud and we had to listen to the kids slapping their pool noodles around until 10 pm and the pool opened again at 8 am so it was loud again at 8 am. They did warn us it would be a little louder and we chose it as it was the end of a longer trip and ground floor vs stairs, so a little of our own fault there. We weren’t expecting it to be THAT loud though! Beds were comfortable enough, room was clean. Staff were great! The included continental breakfast was actually pretty good for a hotel continental. Not a ton of options, yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs couple meat options and biscuits and gravy, but tasted good which is what matters!

It's a grand hotel that's showing a bit of wear but still a great place to stay. Wi-Fi was inoperable for my entire stay and the TV remote didn't work. But I'd stay again.

The hotel is showing its age. There were rust stains in the toilet bowl and on the floor behind the toilet. It was not dirty, but it was stained. The faucet in the tub was pulling away from the wall. The wifi signal was intermittent and not strong when it was there. But the furniture was in good shape and comfortable. I liked the artwork on the walls, B&W photos with a western theme.

Very nice indoor pool and garden area. Breakfast was also well done with many options. Rooms were well furnished and quiet. We were especially pleased that they had adjoining rooms!

I was told there would be shuttle service to airport. The service doesn’t start until 7 which is when my flight leaves. I had to call a taxi. Disappointed .

I would definitely stay here again. Although the hotel is not a new, name brand hotel, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and fairly well maintained. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was decent with lots to choose from. The breakfast gal was explaining that they were making improvements to their breakfast but some of the equipment had not arrived yet. Thanks Heritage Inn

I feel like every time I stay here it keeps going downhill. 2 months ago, the hot tub was pretty dirty, and now is just closed. We got a king suite this time - the pillows were old and folded in half and stuffed into the case making king bed pillows the size of a throw pillow for your couch. On the positive, the staff is nice. Will I stay again, maybe. Depends on pricing compared to other hotels in the area
