This is a lovely city hotel in District 3. The staff were very professional - they always have a smile on when greeting us. Rooms are not very big but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious and has a decent varieties each day. It's walkable to Ben Thanh Market and Independent Palace. There are also good dining options around as well. Will stay again!

Very clean hotel, nice view of a strange looking water tower and the city. Bathroom was great, complete with Japanese high tech loo and glass wall so the wife could eatch what i was getting up to. Breakfast was brilliant, staff very friendly and helpful, definitely stay there again. Great hotel.

This was the second time we stayed at the Orchids Hotel and we were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was great they even remembered us from 2023. The doormen Trung and Ngia as also were very friendly and helpful, whether it was calling taxis or giving us information. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a nice selection of food. The location is great too, we were close to everything. We're hoping to be back in 2025.

We only stayed here for one night and overall, was impressed with the hotel’s amenities and cleanliness. Our room had a nice view and a jet tub (which was excellent but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it) and hygiene products included. It’s also very convenient to cafes, restaurants and attractions. The only thing that downgrade our assessment is the fact they did not disclose which items were complimentary snd which was not until it was time to check out. Then they informed us that the waters on the counter were free but the drinks in the fridge are not. Checkout also took quite a while as we had to sit and wait while they had another staff member go up to the room and check every single item to make sure we didn’t take anything. Turns out they charge you for towels, drinks, or anything that you take. We didn’t take anything, of course, other than the waters, but it felt very inconvenient to sit there and wait 15 minutes for someone to check our room while their tired looking employee did the paperwork. Overall, the checkout process can be streamlined and the hotel should communicate clearly to all guests what is free and what is not.

Very welcoming and enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and conscientious. Rooms & bathroom were clean and modern. Breakfast buffet had choices for all palates with egg & noodle station. Orchids Saigon is within walking distance to all District 1 attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay.
