Check is was slow, desk worker took a bit to show up. Room smelled very strongly of harsh cleaner or air freshener. So strongly it was nauseating.

The description of our room said full kitchen but the queen room suites with kitchens only include a flat top and no oven. The oven is only included with a king bed. It should be the other way around. Also, the bathrooms need more than 1 hook. There were 4 people in a room with 1 hook and only got service for refreshing the room every other day so we had to keep our towels separate. The curcuit breaker for the lights and TV went out at least 5 times. Ted, the maintance man was great. Also, the woman that prepares the breakfast was very friendly and accomidating. Location to Fort Leavenworth is great.

Never mentioned that they don’t clean or make your beds EVERY DAY. We weren’t told of this policy until the 2nd day where I complained about the half fast made beds, no towels, no toilet paper refilled. We were told this was only a REFRESH (not that that had been explained what it was either) and a full clean done in 3rd day. The night before we checked out we found a letter from the mgr explaining these practices. Should have been given at check in. Then at checkout I asked about speaking with him and I was told by clerk that he wasn’t in, yet after explaining our concerns he miraculously popped out of his office in back. He made some adjustments to our bill which my friend and I split. Another thing is they advertise this beautiful looking patio on their ad, which turns out is actually the patio for the Fairfield Inn by Marriott NEXT DOOR! Ours was a far cry from what they showed. I’ve NEVER heard of a 5 Star hotel that doesn’t clean and make your beds EVERY DAY. As comfortable as the room was, I would not call this a 5 star with those REFRESH practices.

Nice accomodations. If needed anything just ask and was done. Breakfast was good spread, just fair warning waffles very sweet and which they had bacon instead sausage but that minor or no problem at all. Loved plenty extra seating areas near lobby. This allowed us get multiple rooms together in one space to play games and talk without invading a room. Also easy to access and close to a lot, recommend Crown Lanes.

Excellent hotel location when visiting son/grandchildren stationed at Fort Leavenworth. Property is in safe location minutes from main gate. Breakfast and pool were both good. Will definitely stay there again.

No one was at the front desk for a check in-waited for at least 15 minutes before someone came. Room smelled like it was sprayed with axe body spray the duration of the stay. Mast stains in the bathroom-back of the door specifically & mildew in the shower.

This was one of the best hotels I've experienced. I needed a place to stay for 4 days after traveling outside the country and returning home. It was extremely clean. All of the necessities were there, including the kitchen area. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was designed extremely well for living in a small space. I was comfortable in the sitting area, the desk converted into an eating area, there were multiple charging stations for electronics, the shower was awesome, etc. I would highly recommend this facility for an extended stay.

I booked a studio with a king bed. When I got to my room it was a studio, but with a queen bed. When I called the front desk the guy there tried to tell me I was freely upgraded to a studio because Expedia over booked the rooms, all there king bed rooms where booked. So I was freely upgraded to the same room in the pictures but with a smaller bed?

Overall our stay was great. I gave it 4/5 stars for the bed. The bed was rock solid hard for us. If you like very firm beds, then this is the place for you. The room was very nice. Bathroom was huge and plenty of room for 2-4 people to be in it at once. There were only 2 of us though and we had plenty of room. Shower was huge. Breakfast was amazing each morning. Loved the eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles and blueberry compote. So yummy!! Had all of the standard items plus more special items like the Belgian waffles. We didn't try the pool out but went to see it and it was on the small side. There were also a bunch of kids playing in it and they were having a blast. I liked that the tv was mounted to the wall. Freed up some counter space. Overall, again we would stay here again if the beds were softer.

Trash left in the hallway all night, room wasn’t clean (had dirty wash cloths), no trash bag in bathroom, bathtub was dirty. It was like someone started cleaning and forgot what they were doing. Also, there was nothing about $100 for a dog fee on the site.

I booked 2 king studio suites. The rooms were not available at check in so we were offered 2 rooms with 2 double beds after discussions and phone calls. One hotel room had a non functional room heater/air conditioning unit with an error code and a constant loud mechanical sound.. The front desk was aware of this problem and maintenance was on call to come fix it. But at 9:30 p.m. on a Sunday evening not likely to show up. We left the room and the hotel because there were no other rooms available. I was still charged for the room as per expedia non cancellation policy.

Rooms were good size with enough amenities. Shower was large with great water pressure. Morning breakfast was well prepared; Ms Vicki did a grand job. Not necessarily a complaint against this property but, since COVID, room servicing has diminished substantially in almost all hotels I’ve stayed. I’d really like to go back to the “good old days” however the room was very clean upon arrival.

This wasn't a hotel room, it was an apartment with custom closets, full fridge, oven and dishwasher... stocked with pots pans plates, etc. Add the high end gym to work out in, laundry and a pool :' and you've got the perfect place to stay.

Stayed for a wedding. They let us check in early at 2:30 to get ready for 4pm wedding. They had everything! From iron to a fork! Very nice and fancy place to stay, would definitely stay here again

Oversold on 2 queen room even though I booked months ahead. Put us in a 1 king room which made for a very uncomfortable first night. Did not apologize at first but then stated we would be compensated which we were not. I asked for a two queen for second night and was granted one, but should have figured that out already when I stated we needed separate beds. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Service was just ok.

We were an hour away from the location for a weekend tournament. We didn't make it to the @ 3 pm because of the game schedule by the time our last game ended it was 10:30 and we got there around midnight. Anthony was nice and checked us in with no problem.

Friendly staff to greet you at check in. Right off a main route in Leavenworth. Nice comfortable room w/ full kitchen. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive.
