This was the BEST hotel we’ve ever been to! So clean and comfortable! The breakfast was full of everything you could want and more!! Front desk people were kind, helpful, and patient. Have to pay for parking which is in the garage, but it was convenient.

When checking in, the front desk clerks were awesome. They were friendly, helpful, efficient. The only thing they didn't explain was exactly how we were supposed to use the key card for parking. When I called for help, some other girl (not at the desk 15 mins earlier) mumbled then hung up and a random person had to help us. Walking into the room was heaven!! It was so cool! I checked, 68 in the room. This is what I keep my house at all year round. So different from our last hotel in St Louis where it was 90 & didn't cool down til the middle of the night. Getting ready for our event was comfortable and easy. The bathroom was a tiny bit small but we managed. I loved that it was just a shower, so no crawling in over a tub. The room was spacious and we were surprised at the mini kitchen available to us. The only problem there was the coffee left for in the morning was just decaf. We stopped at the desk around 11pm as we got back from our event and ask the desk person if we could get a couple of regular Kcups for in the morning. She rummaged around under the counter for a few seconds then mumbled something about the coffee over there, pointing to the coffee pots across the room. That's all fine but we like drinking coffee when we get up while getting ready and really would like to have had caffeine. This was the same person who had been extremely unhelpful earlier with the parking situation. So no hope there, we just went on upstairs. Overall, a positive experience!

Hotel was in a perfect location near almost everything to walk to. Had an underground parking lots you can go in and out of easy. Room was quiet at night for sleeping. Staff text to make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

This hotel was a few blocks away from Broadway Street which made it quiet in the area. This hotel offered popcorn with different toppings. They have 2 pool tables, foosball table, games, Connect Four and Jenga (oversized).

This was a beautiful hotel. Although at checkin i received no information about where room was, parking, or breakfast. I had to ask locations. Also my husband is a diamond member and by using expedia they would not give us any of the benfits and would not put in his member number. Told me to call 800 number.

Room was clean and spacious, hotel staff is friendly and helpful, far enough away from Broadway you don’t hear the noise all night like other properties we have stayed at near by but still a very easy and pleasant walk to all the bars and shopping. Parking was easy and very secure, the hotel overall was super secure and we felt safe, the pool area was clean and quiet and well maintained. Convenient to have mini kitchen with fridge, sink, and microwave. Comfy beds, sheets, and pillows! We only stayed one night this trip so can’t give a full detail review we did miss breakfast and not there too long but overall a great stay and will stay here again when we return to Nashville!

Property is within easy walking distance to Honky Tonk Highway and all of the other tourist spots in Nashville. It is safe and quiet with nice amenities such as a good breakfast, game area in the lobby and fitness center. Staff was nice and hotel was clean!

The hotel was just what we needed, itwas close to all the places we wanted to go. We were able to watch the fireworks in a perfect spot and got there early thanks to the hotel being close to Broadway! Would stay agai! Love the activity area too!

This hotel is a perfect blend of close to the action and far enough away to relax. Hotel is in excellent condition. The pool is on the small side, but was never overcrowded and was always clean.

What a perfect location for a quick walk to Broadway or the Convention Center. We loved the underground parking garage as it felt so safe, our room was new and comfortable, breakfast was superb, but the best part was the super friendly, helpful staff.

This property was very clean with a great staff for the large breakfast selection. They need to advertise ahead of time that hotel parking is charged for and not included in the hotel stay. About 40 dollars a night for parking thats not included in your stay.

This property is in a great location off the busy Broadway area but walkable. Room was very comfortable and kitchen area with larger fridge. Appreciated the blinds! Was quiet and the breakfast had lots of options.
