Good location right next to subway line providing easy access to Shin-Osaka to N and Namba, etc. to the S. Has solid gym with free weights. Breakfast is a cost-effective add-on option. Love the waterfall shower & laundry (with easily monitorable status on room TV).

Travelled with my sister and stayed for 8 nights - great location with lots of restos nearby, short walk to Yodoyabashi Station, which is on the Midosuji metro line that takes you to all the important places, and, most importantly, a Family Mart right next door. Room cleaning is mandatory every 3 days, which worked great for us. The room itself was a great size (lots of space to open 2 large hardside suitcases), except for the entryway, which was really cramped. Beds were super comfy and the firm pillow was amazing. Temperature control also simple to use. The laundry room is a bonus (there's an option on the tv to see which machines are in use and for how long), but be prepared to wait, as there are only 3 machines (also important to note that the machines only take 100 coins, so go to reception if you need to exchange other coins); the dryer function is terrible if you're washing a lot of stuff, as you will probably need to pay for extra drying time.

Hotel check in process was good with fast service. Their lounge area is amazing! Great way to relax and get some refreshments. They give you a complimentary drink per guest so it was nice to have some sake over the outside balcony. Close to the train station. Room was small, nothing spectacular, but that's probably how it's like for most affordable Japanese hotels. Great for a solo traveler, good for a couple. Nice location.

Great hotel - very busy with international guests but great service from the staff and no long waits for check in. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated, very quiet and have nice bathrooms. Glad we chose to stay in this part of Osaka - it was quiet and very close to nice park areas for morning strolls, but also really well connected to subway lines for quick travel to the busier and more touristy parts of the city.

Good sized room and bathroom. Bath was nice and deep. Bathroom and shower separate from toilet but see through wall between. Good breakfast buffet. Lounge area was very nice and good amenities. WiFi worked well. TV easily connect to personal Netflix and logged when turned off out so not accidentally left logged in. Good selection of amenities in the reception.

The room was very large and excellent. The shower and bath were especially wonderful after a full day of walking. The staff were friendly and held our bags in the morning while we wandered during the day. Beds were some of the comfiest of any of the hotels we stayed in.

The hotel is right next to the Osaka metro station Kitahama which makes getting around easy. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was the cleanest I think I have ever stayed in. I would use this hotel again for any trip to Osaka as the price was good for the length of stay.

Amazing hotel in Osaka. It is located above a metro station so getting around was extremely easy. The hotel itself felt luxurious. The bathrooms in the rooms were huge and looked modern. The room we had was long but i think had enough space for luggage. The blackout curtains were crazy, legit 100% light blocking. i will say having only 3 laundry machines for the whole building wasn’t enough. It was very hard to find time to do laundry and there be a machine open.

This hotel is literally one of the best choices in Osaka. You're next to a metro station, a super market and a restaurant. On the booking website it is displayed with 4-stars. According to Google it has 3-stars. I'd say it's really in between but much closer to 4-stars. Cleanliness was at its best. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options to eat and drink. Last, welcome drinks was offered.

We had a fantastic stay in Osaka. The hotel is centrally located, close to the metro station. Plenty of dining options around the hotel. Breakfast is plentiful with various options (Western and Japanese). The rooms are clean and staff helpful. Nothing to complain about really. I would come back anytime.

It is nice hotel overall. However, I had bad experience in this hotel. My room was located on 3rd floor, which also has a laundy room. It offers 24 hour service, meaning people using the service walk around and chat for 24 hours!!! If ur room is on 3rd, and near 301-303,you SHOULD change your room. It is really bad idea that laundry rooms are on the same floor as guest rooms.

We had a great stay and definitely recommend it!! There’s an entrance/exit to the K line literally a few steps away. There’s a family mart on the other side which was very convenient for snacks/water etc. They have a complimentary coffee machine where you can get the yummiest iced matcha latte. Housekeeping and staff were great.

The transportation is so easy for us traveling around, the subway exit just next of hotel entrance. Room is very spacious. Staffs are very helpful to double checking our big luggage's delivery on time and accuracy performance whiling we need to . Thanks again

I stayed in the property for 5 nights, and I highly recommend any visitors staying in Osaka to check out this hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel itself is very close to the Osaka Metro. I will definitely stay in this hotel again, when I make my second trip to Osaka.

Everything was great unless you wanted to be able to do laundry. There are three machines to be used by an entire hotel of guests, every time I tried during my 2 day stay, all three machines were already in use

The hotel was exceptional in appearance and quality. Bed was comfy (better than other hotels in Japan we stayed in). Breakfast could have a few more options available for travellers but quality was really high. Bathroom and other facilities were exceptional and staff were lovely. The complimentary drink was a nice offer but the drink choices were limited - the Chardonnay was not good.
